It is a loan. You pay the bonds person a fee of 10% with a minimum fee of $100. Many bonds can be posted at night with a credit card for payment. Many bonds do not require collateral. However, if you are from out of state the bonds person may request the entire amount up front in order to post the bond.
Any Collateral is fully refundable once the person's case is closed by the court. Your funds are safe as we work with an insurance company licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida. I can't even tell you how appreciative I am of all the help and information Mr. Orin was able to help with. A lot of people are just out to take your money when you get in a little trouble like my son did but Alpha Omega was decent and honest about the situation and took us thru all the steps. Quick, perfessional and very qurtous. Bonded a family member out and Alpha Omega made the process very easy for my first time going through something like this. I found them to be honest and informative... a man named Orren allowed me to listen in as he called Lee County Warrents on my behalf. I initially called All Out Bail Bonds and found out that that these skeezballs had lazily lied to me trying to extract $150.00 from me without even calling Lee County on my behalf. The Alpha Omega guy had integrity, got my status information first, charged me nothing (because no bond had been set yet) and then proceeded to explain to me some of the grim realities of the system.

I called early in morning and Orin answered, I explained I know absolutely nothing about this process. He then very kindly and professionally walked me through the entire process!!
