A client of mine in Aliso Viejo had a water heater leak in the slab, this went into an adjacent bedroom/bath. Vince was prompt in arriving the same day, addressing the situation and working with the Insurance Co. to get the "right coverage" for the claim as it turned into a repair of slab, bath/bedroom walls, flooring and water heater. He was Professional and very knowledgeable and knows how to work with the insurance co.--which can be "priceless".

Truly one of the worst companies I have ever worked with! Vince was extremely rude and his employees never came on time. Not worth going through so much stress when there are plenty of great companies who aren’t disrespectful to their clients, come to work on time and do a great job without causing so much chaos for the client. I know Vince will reply saying, I’m not even on his record file but trust me don’t work with this company. I know he has plenty of good reviews here but after working with them, I’m pretty sure all of those reviews are fake. Don’t get mislead by the positive reviews

There is an old saying "Don't ever ask a barber whether you need a haircut". Well, that is CERTAINLY the case when talking to mold remediation specialists about mold. So when Vincent, unlike the other "pros" I talked to and after analyzing the sample tests and pictures I took [which he reviewed for no charge], he advised me that my lightly stained 2"X 2 ft contaminated area required only a N-95, some soap, and rubber gloves. My brother had a flood from a plumbing issue and I have known Vincent for many years so, he was top of mind for me to refer his services to my brother! I PM'D him on FB and he got right back with me within a minute and was exceptionally responsive! My brother text me when Vincent was done with his remediation and was so happy with everything, he will refer him too! He had said that Vincent was such a nice guy and so professional. When an upstairs water heater leaked at my mother’s house, causing water to drip from the downstairs ceiling, we tried calling her plumber, but it was after 6:00 pm on a Friday evening, and they were closed until Monday. When I called A1 Best Plumbing, they connected me with the owner, Vince. That was the best call I ever made because, not only could A1 Best Plumbing handle the plumbing issues immediately, but Vince’s other company, Coastline Environmental Solutions, Inc., could handle the water damage repair and restoration.

Per our conversation via text on Monday 9/17/2018. What was agreed upon was "Mold treatment of the affected structural components if necessary for $200." However, the written Proposal that you emailed had it for $250.

We had a water leak from a pipe that broke and Vince and Ana were both great to work with. They were super accommodating and sent their guys out immediately.
The crew was friendly, courteous and explained everything as they went along. They finished the job in a timely fashion and we are in the drying stage now. I would highly suggest them in their incredible service! great water damage service providers.

I was referred to Coastline through a friend. I called them for a quote on carpet cleaning. I spoke with Vince he was very honest and professional. So I scheduled an appointment and he sent out a technician "John" who was very thorough and fair with the estimate and paperwork. Not to mention right on time. (big plus for me since my time is limited with my busy schedule) I agreed to have them clean my carpets as well as the interior in my vehicles.

Water leak and the first floor was underwater.
The crew came out quick. Their plumber Steve (A1 plumbing) was out at our house in 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond what other plumbers have done for us. Steve everything ahead of time. They got to work and cleaned us up in no time.

Our refrigerator water line sprung a leak and wouldn't shut off, Vince and his team came through once again to save the day. They quickly came over and assessed the damage, inspecting for water in the walls, and took action to prevent any additional damage by bringing in heaters and fans to dry out our house lickety-split.

Coastline assisted me in a time of need. The toilet in my rental property overflowed and resulted in water intrusion EVERYWHERE...a big, soggy, stinky mess. Coastline was able to assist at 10:00pm at night by sending a team to unplug the pipes, secure the area and begin the drying process. Within 4 days the property was ready for reconstruction. All relevant paperwork was given to my insurance agency, and that helped to alleviate the stress of the situation. I'm grateful that they secured the situation efficiently and effectively.

Tried to call Petes Plumbing and were told they wouldn't come out on a Saturday because we weren't an established customer, so then called Coastline Environmental Solutions (A-1 Best Plumbing). They were willing to come out but did inform my husband that it would be a little cheaper on a weekday. My husband agreed and set up an appointment. On Monday, they called and gave an update on their approximate time of arrival and called again when they were on their way. Very friendly and fast service. Drains were cleared and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their service and
