Blue Dolphin Restoration was started in 2019 in Long Beach, California. When our founders had a less-than-great experience with another restoration company, they felt there had to be a better way to get the job done correctly. The passion started by wanting to help others avoid what they just went through with the water, fire and mold issues that occurred.
After their bad experience, our founders knew that the restoration industry needed an honest, straight-forward company to help others in the local community. Blue Dolphin Restoration has been servicing Los Angeles and Orange counties since its inception. Blue Dolphin Restoration provides the latest in water removal and mold remediation services for everything from the smallest studio apartment to the most complex commercial needs. Our technicians are IICRC trained and certified in restoration services.
Your assigned project manager will stay in contact with you so you can understand what we are doing throughout the restoration process. Once the severity of the fire damage has been established, the restoration plan is discussed with you to let you know exactly what we can save. Our job is to reverse as much of the damage as possible, and we do everything we can to protect the furniture, floors, and belongings in the process.

Jim and Jim at Blue Dolphin are the best! We have, now, used them two times for two different properties and they hit the ball out of the park on both occasions. They know exactly what they are doing, and they are sincerely interested in doing the job perfectly. They came through in a pinch and did me a solid as they say. You have two 5-star guys running a 5-star company. You won't go wrong with them. If you want extra-extra special care just tell them "the doc" recommended them.

Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with, always answered his phone when I called, and even stayed on top of his workers to make sure that the job was getting done right. They will be my only choice when it comes to any sort of damage to my home and will recommend them to anyone!

10 star experience - turned a home flooding nightmare into peace of mind.
Our home flooded, 1 year into being first time homeowners. With a 2 mo old newborn baby. It was a nightmare.
First responders - Blue Dolphin was so quick to act, it was a 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and the fire Marshall told us we need to pack up the baby and find a new place to stay because our house was uninhabitable. They brought in 2 specialist contractors by 7pm and we were able to stay in our home for the night.
Leadership - They provided expert guidance and leadership in a very tumultuous and daunting process turned

Working with blue dolphin was the best thing that could have come out of our home flooding. From the moment they arrived to the final day, they were responsive, hardworking and trustworthy throughout the entire process. We feel so fortunate that we were able to work with them in would could have potentially been a disastrous situation, but they turned it around and made a positive one. Thank you, Jim and team for everything you have done for our family, we will definitely return to blue dolphin for any of our future home needs!

Great company run by 2 great partners!
We had a pipe that had been leaking under our house for a few weeks and only noticed it once we got a sky-high water bill. Our plumber came by and fixed it, and then recommended that we get the ground under the house checked out (for mold, etc.), as he said it was pretty saturated with moisture.
After a couple of weeks of procrastination, Yelp reviews took me here to Blue Dolphin -- Jim P. was super responsive, and we ended up having a phone call so that I could provide him with more information and to set up a free inspection, during which he was very up

Well, these guys have ruined me. Now my bar for excellent customer service is so much higher! Thank you guys for the amazing service, care and professionalism in taking care of a burst water main. You and your team went above and beyond, and beyond again, making what was already a major issue, inconvenience and hassle (especially while having to work and homeschool at home!) and enabled us to relax, focus on what we needed to do and know that the house was going to be fine as you had all under control.
