I'm very happy with the fast and very professional service. I called and left a message and my call was returned in minutes. I spoke with Chuck. He understood that I needed to have the inspection done quickly so that I could go to contract and he did. He is a very nice guy (also funny) and did a wonderful job walking me through every step of the inspection. When he saw something odd he was able to very quickly figure out what was going on. Sadly I did not end up buying the house but I thank Chuck for saving the HUGE amount of money it would have cost me to do all of the repairs.

TJ is the best!! Sadly I did have to have more than one home inspections, but having TJ on my side made it easy. He was professional, fairly priced, knowledgeable, punctual, and so easy to deal with. I called Todd for my home inspection and he was great to work with! He was able to do my inspection that same week and was available to answer any questions I had. I arrived to my appointment a bit early and he was already there having completed the exterior inspection! He reviewed all findings with me and I had the detailed report the next morning. As a first time home buyer I am very happy to have someone who is as helpful and professional as Todd!
