I.V. Therapy gone wrong, was not “spa like”! The RN that I got was very unkind and unprofessional. When she put my I.V. in and unscrewed the needle she let my blood spill out and while it was spilling out she commented, “ Wow, you bleed so much!” As a medical professional myself I know that should have never happened. It was complete negligence. She ruined my entire day. I went in hoping I’d feel more energized to continue my day but I got the complete opposite.

I was looking for a place in Ventura County to get some work done and after doing my research I decided to give Bloom Med Spa a try. I have no regrets in Botox for my forehead, crows feet, and lip flip. Fortunately I didn't have enough wrinkles in my forehead for 50 units but what was left was used for a lip flip and I'm in love. The staff is professional, informative and answers any questions you have. They made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked it and accommodated me since I have a really tight schedule. First and far most my visit was very professional, from being offered any drink amenities I wanted/ needed to the cleanliness and kindness of Dr. Blooms office. I was extremely pleased and happy with my visit! I have reddened Dr. Bloom's office to a handful of friends and family. Thank you for the start of my addiction!
