Dr. Moffatt was born in San Antonio, Texas and lived in Europe in his early childhood. His father's career as an Orthopedic Surgeon was the catalyst that would eventually spur Dr. Moffatt into medicine.

I have a condition called myoclonus that disrupts my sleep every night 10 or more times. Dr. Moffatt and his staff got me in that same day hearing my pain. I went in they took Covid steps very seriously and got me my medication that I needed. I slept last night for the first time in 3 months. I am so thankful. Thanks again y'all.

We’ve been under Dr. Robert Moffatt’s care for over 19 years and remain impressed with his thoroughness and compassion, whether in his office or surgery. While we’ve moved out of the Ventura area, we still make the drive because we are confident we always get the best of medical treatment. Additionally, I have personally had a few aesthetic procedures and was very pleased with the results.
