The first step in designing exceptional rooms for your home is to identify your vision and your style. When considering all the available options, a design and decorating consultation is where you should start. At Smart Interiors in San Diego, we begin with a visit to your home. During this visit we will begin the creative process to help you develop the plan that will result in a wonderful room.
Nothing can add more impact to a room with a well-designed look and feel than the perfect custom window treatment or covering. Window treatments provide a number of functions, such as privacy for the room occupants. Windows with custom treatments also help to facilitate light and sound control for any room in your home.
Many people just don't have the time to shop, don't know where to go for the perfect items, or are overwhelmed by all of the choices. Whether you need a few accessories or a room full of furniture, we will do the shopping for you. Finding the right pieces to make a real interior design statement can be a challenge, but I know where to look for the best furnishings and accessories and what to buy.
I hired Kim Smart before we moved into our new home. Initially, I wanted her help with buying furniture for two to three rooms, but once we started and I saw the results, I had her help me with almost all of the areas in our home. Kim worked so efficiently, understanding my style and the look I was trying to achieve.
