Your First Visit Report

Be prepared to spend up to 1 hour if necessary, with your Mesa AZ Chiropractor, Dr. Lee on the first visit. Why? Dr. Lee wants to do everything possible to discover the best, most productive way to get you feeling better, faster. You will first be asked several questions.

Then you may receive a spinal / postural screening, muscle strengthening test, joint motion analysis, contact reflex analysis/applied kinesiology screening, nutritional assessment screening, clinical and home treatment plan and instructions.Come in 15 to 20 minutes To our Mesa AZ Chiropractic office before your scheduled appointment to fill out all your paper work.

Family Chiropractic Care Report

Please excuse the pun but, Chiropractic and massage go hand in hand! In our clinic we offer different methods or techniques of massage for various conditions. How I Treat Fibromyalgia Report

Primary fibromyalgia (FM) is the idiopathic or "cause unknown" form of FM. Doctors and scientists have been researching this illness now for many years and concur that the exact cause may never be determined. In my chiropractic clinic located in Mesa, AZ, I have personally found that I can categorize many potential "causes" that begin the FM process.

I have known Dr Lee for years but never taken advantage of his services until recently. I hurt my back while working and could not walk or function. After a few sessions I have been able to move freely with minimal pain. Today’s visit was increasingly optimistic and I look forward to being totally pain free. Highly recommend.

My son and I have only been seeing Dr. Lee for a couple of months and he has made such a huge difference in our quality of life. He has helped my 12 year old son correct severs disease in his feet which was causing pain in so many areas of his body. Dr. Lee has helped him with his pain so much that he has been able to stick through this season of football when otherwise he would have been in too much pain.

I started seeing Dr Lee several years ago for chiropractic care and immediately saw results. He is intuitive and really listens to his patients. He used muscle testing to help me identify a hidden staph infection after I had worked with two specialists who couldn't uncover why I was constantly ill. After over a year of infertility and a… miscarriage, I had a healthy baby boy due in great part to Dr. Lee's care. Dr. Lee helped my back & hips after pregnancy, which was such a great relief! If only I found him with my first 3 kids! He had very professional & friendly bed side manners, & it's not hard to get an appointment. He's on time too, which is nice. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need either, but is full of knowledge of products that may help. He's a great chiropractor & a nice person.
