Wine seems not quite ready...needs a little more refinement. The finish on the white and fruit wines was a bit funky.

My son and his wife took me on a wine tasting tour today of this area. Humble Hill was one of our stops. The owner, Joan, was a gracious host as she explained her wines and spent time with us creating an atmosphere of "spending time with my neighbors". Purchased one of the flavors for continued "I like this one " I am inspired to use more wine in .cooking now.
