Recently had a mini split installed in my bedroom. The owner Mack advised me on the proper size and answered my questions with honesty and was very knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly with Bob and his helper who was learning the trade. I liked hearing Bob explain a few things to help him along. Everything looked great. Try this family run business for your Hvac needs. Will be using them again for my water heater install next. Thanks MackAirpro

I'm so glad that a friend told me about Mack Air Pro! Have had Mack and his crew here twice for new installs. First visit was for a high efficiency combination boiler which I've been so satisfied with that I had them here again yesterday for a heat pump. Upon starting the unit I noticed an almost immediate difference in temp and humidity. Within an hour the entire house was very comfortable. Looking forward to an enjoyable summer and fall with this unit!

Both Mack & Bob at Mac Air Pro provided excellent service and were very responsive. We contacted them regarding installing a heat pump in our home. After the initial call, they got back to us within an hour to schedule an appointment to visit us and make a recommendation. Within several days of the appointment they forwarded to us a proposal. They took time to review and answer all our questions. Then we scheduled a day for the installation. We recently had our 30 year old oil fired boiler replaced. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Mack and Bob from Mack Air Pro. They diligently worked from 8 am. to 11 pm. to install our new system so that we could have hot water again that evening. They were 100% professional and personable. Their work is meticulous. I hate to say this, but we're anxious for a couple of chilly days to try it out for sure. We are more than pleased and would recommend Mack Air Pro with no reservations. Thanks Mack and Bob.3

Mack and his team really saved us when the cold spell hit this year. Our burner flooded and he showed up to get it up and running in no time. Turned out we needed a new tank as the old one was creating the flooding, so he did some research and found one that was best suited for our needs. We'll continue to use his services in the future.
