Very nice, family owned RV Park. They are really friendly and helpful. There are lots of beautiful oak trees and a small dog run for the dogs to stretch their legs out and burn some energy. The sites are gravel but level. They have nice picnic tables at each site. Wifi worked excellent and lots of cable channels. We will definitely be back next time we come through this area.

Very nice place with wonderful people. Very clean and well laid out. Had plenty of room for RV and enclosed trailer. Even had extra spot to park enclosed trailer. Close to five flags but not walking distance. Close to food, fuel, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We always stay here on way to our Winter location in lower Florida. You can't get a more friendly RV Park in the pan handle. It has great Owners and work campers. Great location to explore Pensacola and area. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. So here is a PLUS 5 more stars.

Everything we needed for an overnight stay; hospitable friendly accommodating level ground full hook ups for a big rig;
Also showers. , bath and laundry available. Plenty of space to run the dog and contain him as well as stretch our legs. Setback from the highway and the busyness of the city so it had a quiet peaceful setting surrounded by trees and green grass. We prefer to support small business and Family owned. Much a appreciate the hospitality and welcoming spirit.

Really great place to stay. We enjoyed our two nights here. Only a mile from I-10 but so peaceful and quiet you would think you're in the country. Plenty of room to maneuver and great sites. We have a 36 ft fifth wheel and had no problems. Highly recommended.

We needed a place to clean the inside of our RV, before we posted it up for sale. They got us in on very short notice. Thank you so much. This park is very clean, quiet, and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Stayed here January/February 2021. First and foremost the hosts were most accommodating. My travel dates changed before and during my trip and they were able to adjust things so my visit was great. The sites were nice and the other amenities (bathroom, clubhouse, laundry room) were all great and clean. I liked the dog run (two separate divided areas of the run) a lot too. Ice and propane refills are on site. Beautiful park with wonderful, accommodating staff and friendly guests.

We were on the road looking for a place for the night. It just so happens to be a park that we had stayed at last year but had forgotten.
It's a beautiful area. Park is well kept.
Owners are absolutely wonderful. We didn't have a reservation but they found a spot for us for three nights.
They have a laundry room, which was needed as I hadn't been able to do laundry for a couple of weeks.
We will remember for next year.

Reason for 4 star the dog walk is TINY and there is no grass. A normal dog will not go in the sand. Also, I do not like to not be able to pick my site. What's up with putting travel trailers at the end where the site view is not as good as the other premium spots. Don't all premium spots cost the same? That's so wrong!

Anyhow, if you can fit the beach / premium site in your budget it is worth it. The Tiki bar is only open till 10pm therefore, the people there are not a problem. You can sit at you site and look into the beautiful bay morning and night.

Staff is nice, park is

Great RV park in Pensacola!! My family has been staying here for 5 or 6 years and return every year. The lots are nicely spaced, the grounds are taken care of and they have great amenities. There's cable TV, great WiFi (very impressed with the number of antennas they've got placed throughout the park), a couple of dog parks, laundry, showers, activities, and an outdoor pavilion for gathering. Very reasonably priced as well and extremely friendly staff!

Nice, clean park with nice folks running it. Dog friendly.

Very convenient to all places Pensacola. Only a mile or two off the Interstate but you wouldn't know it because you can't hear it. Trees and a horse pasture surround it. A lot of RVs there of course, but not too close together. Thing is, you don't feel like you are in town but still have gas stations and restaurant close by.

One of the nicest in my favorite place to RV cameron in Pensacola. Nice large spacious campgrounds with lots of green around you, a small lake, awsum spaces with grassy sides and concrete pads and even little brick patios for your table and chairs. Full utility hookups, super clean facilities, showers and toilets. there's a really nice laundry room and rec room. Two nice little dog runs if you want to let your pup run loose. Lots of places to walk around and enjoy the beautiful trees. Some of the most beautiful country-type scenery and the nicest people in the office you could ever want for

I'm a travel healthcare worker and stayed here for several months. It's safe, quiet, and convenient to I 10. It's family owned and run. They are nice and helpful. I usually traveled home on weekends, and the owners called to let me know my fresh tank was overflowing. The owner turned the water off. I highly recommend this campground.

My husband and I booked this facility site unseen. It was the first time we had taken our newly purchased trailer out and we obviously didn't know what we were doing. One of the owners of the camp actually came into our trailer to help us set it up.....esp since it was 19 degrees that night and we were not able to hook up to the water. Thank goodness he came to our rescue. We have already rebooked the campsite and are looking forward to going back.

We booked this site using email, sight unseen, because we needed an overnight spot during a road trip. All we had to go by were their pics and some online reviews. Truly a gem to stay in! The owners are AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly, even for those of us running 3 hours later than expected. Lovely park. Lovely people. Fenced, safe, easy access, fabulous bathrooms, very clean. Booked a stay for the return trip home, that's how pleased we were!

Great Park!! Use it because the facilities are all clean and up to date. They have two dog runs and are far enough away from the highweay to be pretty quiet most nights.
Great oak trees! You won't be sorry.

Very pretty rv park. Nice gravel spaces, grass between spaces, dog friendly with plenty of places to walk your pups, clean and manicured with big trees. Wendell the owner is so nice and easy going. Would definitely camp here again. Paid $32 per night for 4 nights in a 31' travel trailer.
