Five Flags RV Park
Come stay with us! We are a family-owned RV park, built on 12 serene acres, and located less than a minute's drive from I-10. The park offers seventy-seven clean gravel-lined sites with adjacent concrete patios. Every site features a picnic table, palm tree, and full hook ups for 30 & 50 amp RVs. Other amenities include free Cable TV, reliable WiFi, and a coin-operated laundry facility.

We are big-rig friendly with 80-90 foot back-in sites available as well as some pull-through sites. A 30-minute drive will take you to Perdido Key or Pensacola's white-sand beaches. Walking distance to a Tom Thumb convenience store (For your late-night ice-cream cravings!) We hope you will appreciate our unapologetic admiration for the United States of America and its military.
Services
Near our main office is a beautiful, open gathering place with hammocks and swings strung under massive live-oak canopies. This area features plenty of shaded picnic table seating to make your Sunday grill-fest the best one yet. Ready-to-play games of corn-hole and horseshoes are set up for friends and foes alike.

Went to visit a friend, owner of camper myself, will have to add this a place to stay, very nice park, kid friendly, only down fall was a lack of more shade spots, other than that would of been a 5*

Charming, funky rv park with tons of personality. We were traveling through and needed just an overnight. Fortunately we were given an easy-in/easy-out, pull-through site which was designed to look like we were on a sandy beach. A wood dock on both sides, pilings, crab pot, hammock and rocking chairs. Huge, fenced-in dog run made my four footed kids happy. If I were ever to own an rv park, I would aspire to making it this cool.

From a full timer, this is one of the best parks I’ve been to in a while. It was so easy to back in with all the room they have and the cement pad was perfectly level.
Water, electric, and sewer worked as expected. Park was quiet, friendly, and super neat to see all the art throughout. I especially enjoyed the trolly laundry.
You guys are the best!

Beautiful park, easy and quick communication, easy to navigate, clean.
NO bathhouse.
I had to stop by for a night during a move to Florida. We had car problems and needed a place to park the camper for the night. The entire process was easy and the after hours checkin was Super Helpful! My only issue was there wasn't a bathroom/bathhouse.

What a surprise pleasure to stay at this gem! Very well maintained, quirky in all the best ways. The sites are huge, the dog parks immaculate, even had complimentary leveling blocks at the site. They accommodated us last minute and were very gracious. Definitely stop on your way through town!!

The park is very clean and well kept. It seems that some of the residents here stay for a long time and it's understandably why. The wymsical decoration with folksy art pieces and vintage cars and Trucks is unique. There are even two trolley cars that house the coin laundry. There is fast wifi and full hookups. The check in was done over the phone with Bryan a very friendly and helpful concierge. So far we really like it.

What a joy it was to have pulled into this beautiful park. Everywhere we looked was a collection of quirky, fabulous, rusty memorabilia. From the Trolley Car Laundromat to the full sized fire truck, all I could think of was what a great place. Manicured grass, wide streets, clean as a whistle, Then we came to our pull through site. We couldn't believe our eyes. Before us was a beach island complete with palm trees and a hammock hanging between them. Level lot, hook ups perfectly placed and a dock outside our front door. Nirvana I tell you. Will stay here everytime we are passing through!!

We stopped here for one night on our way to Louisiana. Arrived at 5 pm; left at 9 the next morning. The place is incredibly clean and bug-free. Each site has a level concrete pad surrounded by grass and trees. Roads are wide and mostly gravel. Two dog parks (that need fences down to the ground). Pretty doorways provide walking access to stores and restaurants nearby. The place is so nice and welcoming that we’re returning next week for 2 days.

We made a last minute decision to stop in Pensacola for the evening and we are glad we did.
Five Flags is such a cute rv park. You can tell that there are a lot of long-term/fulltime rvers here, but everything is kept in good shape. Most, if not all, lots are neat and tidy.
We loved all of the “decorations” the owners thought to place around the park. It seemed like everywhere we turned we found something new. From the adorable Laundry Trollys, to the complementary bikes placed around the park, it is obvious a lot of thought has gone into setting up and maintaining the park.

A really nice place. Convenient to "everything" and the staff could not be more friendly, helpful, or attentive.
The place is truly a hidden gem; decorated nicely and maintained to a VERY high standard.
One feature that nomads like me appreciate is that they have dual water sources at each site: One is for potable drinking water for hooking up to the RV; the other is well water and suitable for car washing, dog washing, etc... This is rare, as most RV parks frown on washing anything on the site.
Many (most?) of the sites are occupied with seasonal renters, so it can be tough to get a

This place is great! I'm sad that we only stayed here briefly on an overnight visit.

When I first looked it up on Google, I wasn't sure if it would be a fit for us because my first impression was that it looked like a park for partiers and that's definitely not us, lol. But, as I investigated further, I realized that the park is just kitschy, which I like.

While we were on the road, I called ahead to make a reservation. Registration and payment was handled over the phone. Since we would be arriving after the park office closed, I was told our welcome packet with instructions

Very nice park! Has an old-time feel, but is one of the cleanest parks we've been to. Sites are well laid out with homey decorations and the facilities are well managed. Lots of friendly folks and the location can't be beat. Only drawback, no pool. Highly recommended to RV'ers coming through the area.

I wish they had six stars because this beautiful park deserves it! Great location, very well-maintained, nice landscaping, reasonable rates, and many details to make your stay perfect. Don't miss doing a load of laundry here as the laundromat is in retired trolley buses! Very cool! All sites are full hook up, level, and the gravel roads throughout the park are excellent. You can walk to a variety of restaurants too. Highly recommended!

The ratings on this place are not a fluke, this place is the real deal.
First off, location and convenience to food options is excellent. Right off I-10, but not so close you actually hear it. You are 10-15 minutes from just about anywhere you want to go in the Pensacola area.
The park looks brand new, even if it isn't, but that says a lot about the folks running it. The decorations around the park are neat as well. The laundry is made from old trolly cars, and I hated that we didn't need to wash clothes because how cool was that. There are bicycles throughout the park you can borrow

This place is AWESOME! The park is conveniently located off the I-10. Its clean and very well maintained. They have an on site laundry built into Trolley cars. If you couldn't bring your bike the park has bikes free to borrow for your enjoyment. There are several restaurants around the campground like Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, Sonnys BBQ and McDonald's and Hardees. Hardees sucks btw! And free WiFi! What more can you ask for! Nik you're awesome and so is your team!

We loved the park the moment we pulled into out site. Very clean and wonderful sized sites. Full hook ups, along with cable TV. The WIFI was great. Very quiet. No pool or activity center, but it is fine with us. And we cannot say enough about how nice the owner and workers are. Happy to say we will be staying there for the entire winter in 2016. All concrete pads and nice picnic tables. If we could have given them more stars we would have.

Great and quiet little park! We will definitely stay here again! If you're not a resort person, like us, this is the place for a short or not so short stay! We opted for this park after viewing their website, looking for a place fairly close to I-10 and in Pensacola. The primary thing that caught our eyes was that they offer discounts for (and are supportive of) police/fire/military and veterans. You can get a daily or weekly 10% discount if you are active duty reserve or retired military, law enforcement or first responder (don't forget your proof of service). They also offer a 10% discount
