I worked with Kenny Alsabrook, and WOW what a fantastic guy. He bundled up my homeowners Insurance with my Auto was able to drop my homeowners by 1/2 but double the coverage, increase the coverage on my car and drop the premium by 2/3. While speaking with him, I bought my one year old grandson a life and accident insurance policy for Christmas that will mature with him as he grows. This entire bundle was less than what I would have paid for homeowner's insurance. I'm so pleased and look forward to future investments. I highly recommend doing buisiness with them!

I recently had terrible luck with one of my cars. Three separate incidents in one months time led me to make a claim (and one tow with my other car). Kim Martinez was the most helpful and responsive person in that office. She knew exactly what to do and how to manage my problem (she was also the only one to quickly get my insurance coverage set for a trailer I bought recently, so I could get it off the lot, within 10 min of speaking with her) She was quick to respond to my calls and emails, she even took the time to reach out to me a few times after I dropped my car at the auto shop and was in

I have worked with Kim and her team for over 25 years. They respond very quickly and well. I am going to be moving to my new home in a couple of weeks. This is the third home in which I have been covered by State Farm. I think the thing that I like most about them is that they treat me like I am special and not just another customer and I really appreciate that

I had the opportunity to work with Kim Martinez and her professionalism was quite impressive. I called to ask about a car insurance policy and health insurance for my son. The conversation resulted in Kim being honest and letting me know that State Farms rates where slightly higher than its competitors. Jake was my agent and he was so patient and informative throughout this process. As a State Farm team member I have a unique perspective on what makes a State Farm office great, and this office is in fact great! We needed to refer a customer who was moving to Florida to a new agent, which is how we found Kim Lego's office. When we reached out Team Member Kennedy was informative, kind, and thorough in making sure our customer got what they needed. Kim herself even made time to give me unrelated information, which is not common. Finding an office and an agent that are accessible is a gold mine!

Primarily, please do not take quote from them. Don't believe the rates in their quote and purchase the policy. They will give you a lower quote and make you purchase the policy. Once the policy starts they will deduct extra money(which they call as small increase - more than 80$) stating underwriters rated the policy as high. Nice way to trick though. Since you already purchased the policy, you will be hesitant to go to other providers to buy new as you have to start over this headache again.

Liam is an excellent rep who helped me navigate the situation in full. I had major issues over the last year with Progressive for both home and auto, and needed to move somewhere that had worthwhile policies and would give me less trouble. I managed to get better coverage, a better price, and actual answers and communication. Liam stayed on top of things in helping deal with the fallout from Progressive and gave me an actual path to getting the coverage figured out and put in place. Definitely worth the time in working with him.

Working with Justen was very easy as well as enjoyable. He was always polite, knowledgeable and considerate of my insurance needs. I haven't been with State Farm in quite some time but they have really changed and Justen proves that with his work ethic. The office of Kim Lego greets their customer with the respect and gratitude everyone deserves. Every time I have been to her office I have been greeted with a warm smile and kindness while waiting for my personalized license representative. I have transferred my policies to her office and she personally handled the transition. Kim and her team has made the transferring so easy, extending my trust in her office with additional policies.
