This place is unprofessional and the staff is rude specially the receptionist. They over charge and make you think the are doing so much for you. Another thing, they don't do direct deposit to your account. They make you sign a form were you give them the right to receive your money. Your refund is sent to the tax service bank account and then they deposit the money to you.My stimulus checks are being deposited into this account and I am being charged to obtain them. They are also making me wait to get them.
I called the IRS and they said this tax service are doing everything they are not supposed

If I could offer no stars I would. This company does not conduct business in a professional manner. The people working here speak majority Spanish and cannot verbally explain things properly. My complaint is TWO things. I had issues with not getting my stimulus check because it got deposited into their business bank account since I filed with them in 2018. They basically had to deposit my tax return money in their bank account to then get it electronically deposited into mine which is very odd in my opinion. This is the same issue that happened with my stimulus check along with other people. I

This place is a sham, the people in the Montana office wont talk to you in English, not that Spanish is wrong but they just dont understand what you need!!!!! My tax return took more than 6 weeks to get posted to my bank account and all RnR did was blame PPS thier bank for the delay, and now with the stimulus check its been send from the IRS as of the 15 of April and still not posted to my account I've called t
