I was very pleased with their services. They were of great assistance in helping me start my new business! Patricia Linn always answered my phone calls and went out of her way to answer any questions that I had regarding paperwork or permits. She kept me posted almost on a daily basis. She even went the extra mile when I encountered delays on certain permits by calling directly and updating information as needed. I've been with OTR for some 10 years now. The people there are very courteous and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the work Ruby is doing. She's one of the best payroll clerks Ms. Carmen has had. I hope she doesn't leave like so many others that have done our payroll. Keep up the good work Ruby. Ms. Carmen please pay her what she deserves because she knows what she's doing and frankly people do get tired of having to deal with different payroll clerks. Just saying!

After using them for 2 years. I found out that my taxes were done wrong. There were huge costly mistakes!!! I canceled my bookkeeping service with them and 6-7 months later I never got any of my bookkeeping records nor my receipts back after I had asked for them back. I paid for a service and couldn’t even get my records. I wasted a lot of money using them and regret it. I had to pay another CPA to redo the bookkeeping and tax returns. I really feel like we were taken advantage of. Sad thing is I referred a lot of our trucker friends to them. I could go on but I won’t. Please at least have
