Dr Weiner is the best doctor. He is very competent and confident. You can trust him to take care of you. He is a great listener and very caring. I can’t speak more highly of any doctor I have ever had. I had cancer and he removed the salivary gland cancer and has treated me for the last 4 years. I have not had any recurrence and am cured. I know it is because of his experience, expertise, thorough manner, and his ability. I was referred to him after 2 other unsuccessful surgeries from 2 other doctors. I also had a skin cancer removal from my outside ear by a dermatologist that became infected

Dr Weiner has been an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable, does amazing work and has really change my life and made daily breathing remarkable with my nose surgery and I give him 5 stars.
However with that being said the front desk, phone system, billing department and some of the assistant staff I would say is a big fail.
If not for Dr Weiner and how incredible his work is I don't think I would return. Phone hold time are not reasonable at all, when call backs do come I am usually hung up on before a can say a word. When you finally get pointed in the right direction it's usually to someone's

I have been to Dr J Rubin for Allergy checkup. I found her more focussed on Money, splitting up as many visits as possible so that it leads to more fees. Did skin test couple of times even for things which never come in contact from environment. I mentioned about food allergy and grain based alcohol causing nasal congestion, it was not even checked or advised to be checked.

My brother and I saw Dr. Hurley. Overall he was nice and professional. My main issue was with the front office and their attitude. From the moment we walked in, the front office staff kind of gives this attitude of “why are you even here” and basically has no customer service skills. As someone who used to work in the front office at dental practices, this just isn’t what I was expecting as far as customer service goes. Seeing Dr. Hurley probably would’ve been a much more positive experience otherwise. I hope someone either retrains the front office staff or replaces them with people better

Stay away from this place. They are "shady" at best.
I had 2 visits about 1 month apart, and paid my claims thru my HSA portal. Blue Cross Blue Shied had released the payments to them, yet they take forever to process them, putting me in a delinquent status.
Also, I did not get any statements from them for at least 2 months, just to have my mail box inundated with 30 statements arriving all at one time... apparently they billing system was down.
I cancelled the third visit, and despite giving them plenty of notice, they added $50 without notifying me... And good luck trying to rationalize with

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in do to having vertigo for 3 months since October 2020. My initial doctor wanted me to see a specialist and this is who I was referred to. I arrived promptly for my appointment and was taken back for a hearing test which I was taken back by since I could hear perfectly and was there for vertigo. Then I waited in the room for 45 minuted till the doctor came in and asked me some questions and looked in my ear and basically spoke down condescendingly to me that I needed to take more vitamins to help with my migraines and vertigo as well as wanted

One of my worst experience today seeing Dr. Bailey's PA to a point I had to tell her I was going to get a second opinion. I liked Dr Bailey a lot. His PA is rude and did not want to understand my concerns whatsoever ever. Acted as if she is skinny telling me you are too big!! Never again will I go there.

My experience with Valley ENT was disheartening. I went in to get one of my ears cleaned out (impacted cerumen). If you do not go in to their office specifically for a hearing test, please be aware that they may perform the test then try and sell you hearing aids (after charging you for a service that you did not request). I did not need new aids since I had previously purchased a pair.
The first thing they did before I saw the doctor was to put me in a room for what turned out to be a hearing test. They could not perform the test due to my condition so they had the doctor examine my ear and remove

I have been going to Dr. Bailey for quite a while. He has definitely helped me in the past. 3 weeks ago I ruptured my ear drum. My internist asked me if I had an ENT. I gave him Dr. Bailey's name and number. My Drs. office called and were told that Dr. Bailey can't see me for3 weeks. They then had to call another ENT as my ear was infected and needed attention NOW. Another ENT "fit me in" on that same day. Why couldn't Dr. Bailey's office do that? I'm very disappointed. I'm a retired pharmacist and if patients needed prescriptions filled in emergency situations

Dr. Weiner is the best! I stumbled upon him because he specializes in some sort of "ear tubes" that involves inflating a balloon in the ear to open the ear canal. Since he was one of the few in AZ that specializes in this treatment, I figured he must know his stuff.
Long story short, I ended up seeing Dr. Weiner for a septoplasty instead since the balloon procedure is to be done up the nose, which was basically impossible with my septum situation, so that needed to be addressed first.
Dr. Weiner was very thorough in the consultation. There was no rushing to get patients in and out to see as many

Dr. Pryor was highly recommended to me by my family physician. My visit with him was excellent. I also met with Dr. Moore, one of the audiologists in his office, and I am working with her to be fitted for a new pair of hearing aids. She listened carefully to my hearing aid expectations. She was exceptionally helpful in explaining various options available to me. I am now wearing a loaner pair that we both agreed would probably be the best choice for me. I highly recommend this ENT office!

I went to valley ENT after being referred by my PCP.
I was seen multiple times by Dr Bailey.
He's truly a great doctor.
He takes his time during the visit, explains everything well and answers all the questions if you have any.
Visits are not rushed which is a great plus!
Waiting time isn't super long which is another plus.
If I had to be seen by ent again I would surely choose to be seen by Dr.Bailey again.
Taking one star off for not very friendly front staff member (young blonde girl in specific). Not very welcoming to say the least.
