I purchased a 2016 3500 Silverado from these guys. Not 300 miles into owning it, the oil pressure sensor failed and needed replacement (Covered by the state law 500 mile warranty) and the sales manager "Nick" has been promising me a reimbursement check since October 27, 2021. It is now January 2022 and he continues to tell me "someone else was supposed to send it". ZERO accountability. I have even spoken to Pezh, The GENERAL MANAGER and he has zero plans act or resolve the issue.

Made an appointment for 11 a.m. for engine oil and filter service. Arrived 15 minutes early and was not finished until 1 p.m. The cost for a simple engine oil service and filter cost $74.68. Not sure 7 quarts of oil and filter should be this high with labor. Used an oil additive without asking which added to the cost. Quality of service ok and service writer was pleasant to work with. Might want to check around for better pricing.

I was impressed with my service Agent. He got me an appointment within a reasonable time for my oil change. I delivered my car early and was going to have them take me home, but since they didn't have another car in yet, they were able to get my car in and out within an hour. I know that will not happen all the time, but it was nice to know they do not let their people be idol if possible. They had a car waiting and took it in. Thank you Surprise Ford.

First off, that is a complete lie about becoming loud and profane. Never once did I do any of that. My mom did warn another customer about Surprise Ford and she may say some other stuff, but never once from me. This was also AFTER Dave had already told to go elsewhere.
You keep bringing up about not being able to duplicate it the first time, well my paperwork says otherwise. Says the noise was slightly heard during the drive.
And again when I brought the second time, I duplicated the noise right in the service for them but they

I called ahead to confirm the car I wanted was in stock. They confirmed it was in stock but told me it was in the showroom floor. I specifically told garret that I wanted to drive it. He asked if I meant today and I confirmed that was the case. So I drove 30 minutes to the dealership only to be told that I basically had to buy It before they… 'd take it out of the showroom. Surprise Ford is a terrible company and is ran by some of the biggest idiots and rude individuals. It started off in February of 2021, I needed a needed a new motor on my 2017 fusion with 61K miles on it, just 1K over factory warranty. Dealership did nothing to help. Ford assisted by paying 45% but left me paying the rest, I had to seek non-profit… veterans program to help with the rest. Apparently, Ford knows that there is a issue with the 1.5 liter ecoboost motor. After I got that replaced, a string of problems occurred, the turbo started to leak oil 2 weeks after motor was replaced, throttle

I have a 2013 ford focus my car was driving great until it started shifting funny then no reverse and a transmission shop is saying the clutch in my automatic is stuck and needs replaced. i looked under ford… etis and it says my car has recalls for the transmission. all mantaince was kept up as well. It says I have an extended warranty but the transmision shop its in says ford wont call them to verify its warranty. who do i verify my warrenty with under recalls?

Bought a brand new truck there, was promised by the salesman a mark on the leather seat would be covered under warranty. Upon bringing in for warranty they say no we won’t cover that. So they take it to sales to get it fixed the sales manager says oh that salesman doesn’t work here anymore sorry about your luck. I have the complete text message… chain from the salesman explaining how everything should be covered under warranty it doesn’t matter though they take your money and then tell you sorry about your luck. They mislead you with their price and then change the price after you already have financing and are ready to go. They won’t call back and I would work with anyone but Manny if you decide to go to them. They say they’ll hold a car for a down payment and then everything changes the next day. I WOULD GO A MILLION MILES BEFORE TRYING TO PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Terrible service and false advertisement.

Went to look at a car that was priced at $12,800 online even took a screen shot of the online price and within three hours of the online price we found they raised the price of the car $3,000 dollars while we were sitting there. They blame it on a third party that changes the price of their cars whenever they want at anytime of the day. Big waist of time and would never recommend anyone to buy a car there. I believe this is actually illegal for them to do and is an auto fraud violation.

We attempted to work in good faith with Alex at Surprise Ford. The transaction started off well but as soon as he started quoting numbers, the lying began. Time and time again, he'd say one thing, then put another in writing. After the third trick he tried to pull, we walked away with 3 days wasted.

DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS FORD. THEY ARE A SCAM. Please explain how a reputable dealership surprises you with an additional 2,300 in fees over the list price.
This dealership wanted to sell me a 17.5k car for 21.5k. and it doesn't have Certified pre-owned.
Yet another dealership has their vehicle listed at 20,000. And WITH FEES out the door comes to basically 22,000 and it DOES have certified pre-owned.
This goes to show you that they add in fees at the end to bait and switch. To their credit. They disclose the fees in the fine print....let's say that again. FINE PRINT.

Everything was going fine in an attempt to trade my car for a used car. After several days back and forth emails I was informed that there would be a $3000 reconditioning fee assessed to my trade in (a 2019 VW). Its brand new.
I didn't trade the car but negotiated for the Lincoln removing the junk fees. They demanded the titling and licensing be done through their office even though my state is reciprocal for title. They did they title work but have backed out of the rest of the licensing.
These guys are complete cheats.
