We bought a beautiful bi-folding door from Boulder Ridge in 2012.
We started having trouble with it sticking so I called them to come look at it.
Garrett came right out and explained to me that the ground had shifted and was making the door stick. He gave me a few options for fixing and it is now working!!!
Great customer service!!! I would definitely recommend!!

This is probably the most frustrating buying experience I've ever had. The sales people were friendly and initially seemed to know their products. However, once the process started they couldn't seem to follow through. It was one delay after the other with excuse after excuse. The door was scheduled for delivery 3 different times. One delay was supposedly because we picked a non standard door knob - only it was in the same catalog as the door and we were not told that it was going to require a special order or that it would affect the delivery time. We ordered doors and windows for our entire home in Carnelian Bay from Garrett Carlson at Boulder Ridge Sash & Door. Garrett is AWESOME!!! We LOVE his doors and windows and his exceptional customer service- very personable!
We have beautiful hunter green french front doors and also french side doors plus all new windows and sliders. I just sent Garrett an email to let him know that my husband Andy went up in early May to meet the landscapers and there were HUGE bear prints all over our front doors- (mostly glass- french doors) and bear prints all over the kitchen window. We ordered doors and windows for our entire house from Wade at Boulder Ridge. He is like a used car salesman. We have had NOTHING but problems with our new construction and his products. We are nearly ONE YEAR later and we can't get Wade to respond, there is finger pointing between him - the distributor and the manufacturer. I would NEVER use him for anything. Nice guy - terrible service and stretches the truth. There are way too many other options.
