Never has our home been appraised so low and so sloppily. Nick Meyer’s appraisal stated we had only 1 1/2 bath instead of 2 1/2. Counted no updates. Compared our home built in 2000 to homes built in the 70s and sold last year instead of using more recently built and sold homes which were available for his assessment. I find his work without attention to detail, which is probably the #1 quality necessary in the role of an appraiser. Nick seems like a nice enough person and a professionally mannered individual; I have had no problem with him personally.
