Jonnas expertise is in the details! Her knowledge of the local market is second 2 none! When we staged our home of 48 + years her assistance was invaluable. Her timing 4 listings was impeccable! We listed our home at 07:00 PM on a Friday night in early Spring 2020. By the following Monday we had 3 offers, one slightly under asking price and 2… substantially higher than asking price!
