I was helped through a difficult time by the very thoughtful people at Home Care Assistance. My mother was treated with dignity and respect during her final days and I am extremely grateful for the wonderful staff. Shaun Erno is a good man who really cares and Yvonne Romero is an angel.

Home Care Assitance has been a gift to our entire family. From the loving and thoughtful care they gave our mother at the end of her life to the tender and attentive care they are currently giving to our father with dementia, we could not ask for better care. I have had the most wonderful experience w/ Home Care Assistance. This is all new to me & my soon to be 80 yr old parents - my dad fell & broke his hip. The minute I met our assigned caregiver Verna- I knew she would be fabulous & just what we needed. She is so caring & helpful- she has truly become like a part of our family. And our Case Manager Shaun & his team are amazing- they have helped me w/ a couple of crisis situations when we didn’t have anyone on the weekend & realized we needed someone badly. Shaun & Team came through & had someone over to us a couple of hours later as well as Sunday

I can't say enough great things about HCA. From the top of the company, while working with Margalit Tocher, the president, all the way down to the care giving team. The care givers are the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. I couldn't take care of my mom and they took care of my mom as if she were theirs. We laughed together, cried together and gave my mom the best care possible. When anything went wrong, the team was quick to step to the plate and make sure I didn't have to worry about anything. I LOVE HCA! I had an emergency and required 24 hour care to begin immediately. HCA provided it within a couple hours. They were efficient and attentative getting the process started. Whenever a new caregiver was assigned, Shaun Erno came with them to ease them into my parents' lives. The personal attention I received was amazing. The caregivers themselves were very kind, caring and professional. Sade, Vickie, Ngozi and Maritza are people I will always count as my friends. Thank you SO much for all you did for David and I and our parents.

We used 2 wonderful ladies for several months after my mom passed away to care for my dad who has memory challenges. After calling Home Care Assistance, we quickly had two amazing women in place to take care of dad. Both lovely women were kind, patient and caring toward dad and our entire family. If we hadn't moved dad to a senior living facility, we'd still be using Home Care Assistance of Greater Chicago. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience at such a vulnerable time in our lives. Don't hesitate to call for long or short-term care issues.

This Home Care Assistance (HCA) agency does a great job at matching workers with clients. Another great benefit of being their client is that they have either allowed a home care worker travel with you if possible, or they will set you up with the nearest Home Care Assistance agency in that location. The agency is fast and efficient with their communication. Each staff they have sent out, I have felt completely safe and trusted their care. I definitely recommend for anyone that needs care.

Last May my 95 year old mother came back to Chicago from her home in Palm Springs. With the help of Gayle and Home Health Care we were able to feel secure with the knowledge that Mom was being taken care of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We look forward to use them again this coming May. The people they had with her were excellent and caring.
