We hired Jack to do our home inspection as he was the only person we could get on short notice and was the lowest price we came across. I guess you get what you pay for.
After we closed on our home, we quickly started to notice that things that should have been caught in the home inspection were not; leaking sinks and broken tiles on the roof. We discovered the tiles being broken after a heavy rain and water leaking into our kitchen from the roof.
We went back to the report to look at the findings and it stated the roof was in perfect condition and no mention of leaks. We took a closer look at
