One of our most popular inspection services, The Buyer's Inspection starts as low as $325 and abides by ASHI's strict Standards of Practice (SOP). Buyers and sellers will often agree on repairs that need to be made based on the Builder's Inspection. After the repairs are completed, buyers can schedule a Re-Inspection for some additional peace of mind.

I've used Cal Home Inspection for two properties I was in contract to purchase. Robert and his team are so thorough and found a multitude of issues with the first property - so much so, that I ended up backing out of the sale. They literally saved me from buying a lemon of a home that would have cost me tens of thousands in repairs in the long run!

I am a real estate agent and this was my first time using Cal Homes for a home inspection. Throughout the inspection Robert and Jason would point out everything they saw that was wrong or an issue with. And the next day I got a very detailed report back from them. The report included pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and pictures with suggested ways to fix the problems. They even included videos of some issues!
