All of our properties are AAA approved. Furnishings are updated on a regular basis and a minimum inventory is required. When you stay at a property managed by Tropical Sands Accommodations, all you need to bring is clothes, food and your toothbrush.

Upon arriving here I was very disappointed to see they have attempted to block the public from accessing the beach behind the establishment. As a tax payer, my taxes have been spent to maintain beach sand for decades within the state of Florida. Now these elitist slobs want to claim the property as their own? News flash, you don't own the beach. Not only will I spend my money elsewhere, I will make sure anytime I am in Siesta Key, I will walk on the public beach as I please, where I please.

They are putting flags on the beach stating that anyone walking along their shoreline is officially trespassing. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. The beaches should belong to the people, not some stuffy condominium association for the wealthy.

It's still the best place on THE KEY.
The idea is to make sure it stays that way because it's a family treasure for over 30 years. Yes, Siesta Key is no longer a hidden gem. And. Emexclusivity can deter & detract from the appeal by creating separation & division.

We rent here for 5 weeks in the fall. They have 1 month minimum. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are 6 main buildings, with a gorgeous courtyard in the middle, including 2 pools and pretty pond with 2 Swans and other tropical birds. There's another, smaller, pool by the F bldg.
Norka, Eddie & Robert in the guardhouse are so friendly and helpful. Nice staff in the office too. They have a very nice fitness center.
Each unit is different, and prices depend on rating, location and time of year. It is right next to the Siesta Key Public Beach, so an easy walk when there are activities
