1/2 hour of static stretching and mobility drills designed to improve movement, restore functionality and just plain make you less stiff. Stretching shouldn't be an afterthought. It can increase ease of movement so your body moves more freely and youthfully. It can restore proper body mechanics and thereby reduce the risk of injury.
You already know that cheesecake is bad and broccoli is good. The trick is everything in between. How much protein do we need? Is fat bad? How can we eat healthfully and still enjoy food? My aim is to help you make decisions that are right for your goals. That probably means a mix of reasonably healthy foods most of the time and a food treat for special reasons.
