Based on these reviews, I was a little nervous coming in but I’m glad we did. We saw Dr. Schemm (who doesn’t appear to be the source of the reviews) and had a fantastic experience. My child was tested to see if they were on the spectrum and Dr. Schemm had us in quickly, results worked through in a timely manner and had us back for the results sooner than I imagined. My child and I agreed that everything the tests picked up on were accurate so we feel this was a legitimate and knowledgeable location to have gone. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Schemm for anyone in the same situation at least

If I could give no stars I would. I was search of a provider for my daughter. I was referred by our physician to Williamsburg Behavioral. I called 3 times left voicemail and my doctor's office sent them a referral and followed up with phone calls. They have NEVER called us or the doctor back. It has been 3 weeks.

My daughter and I spent hours in there taking tests and answering questions for an evaluation for her then nothing.. no emails no call backs no results no treatment nothing they got paid for it but we did all the work.. This was February of 2020 and I'm still trying with no diagnosis to even take to another doctor.. 😠 worst place ever!!! I took her somewhere else and they tried to get her evaluation with a legal release form with no luck they also received nothing and could not get ahold of anyone to speak to in person. I give them a 0 out of 5.

If it was before 2020, I would have given 4 stars but as of 2020, if I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 7 year old daughter here for testing for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and other disorders as she had been really struggling in school and the school faculty wanted to have her tested so hopefully she would qualify for an IEP or some extra support at school. They started her testing and from what I understood, we had completed the required tests and questionnaires and we're just waiting for the final report from Dr. Marti. That was September 2020. We waited until October, November then

I thought I would give an update, after "2 years of therapy" (these are Colleen Lechers words even though she went a full 12 months without seeing my children in between visits) I finally recieved a phone call regarding "family therapy." I can't help but associate it to the fact that my lawyer pointed out her one sided conduct in court. BEWARE PARENTS!!!!
