I worked with Nicole virtually and it was a life saving experience. She helped me through the darkest time in my life and I’ll be forever grateful for my experience with her. She’s a wonderful therapist and even though it was virtual she was able to build a relationship with me as a client and always made me feel comfortable. I’d highly recommend her or probably anyone here! I liked the virtual appointments so that it could better fit into my personal time and she was very flexible. Anyone considering this office should definitely make that first call, it can be scary but you won’t regret

I tried to get an appointment for my 20 yr old daughter, who was diagnosed with severe social anxiety, severe depression & general anxiety. After two phone calls & sending them an email Kindred called and rudely told me that since my daughter is an adult I couldn't make her an appointment. My daughter has not gotten out of bed for two days, she is not going to her college classes, hasn't eaten any real food except poptarts. AND Cami with Kindred told me that my daughter has to make the appointment (?) SERIOUSLY? there was NO kindness in cami's voice, more like I was bothering her. She didn't have

Kindred staff is great !!! I saw Dr Nitzel at a time when my world was falling apart. She is truly a breath of fresh air. She helped me gain a more positive outlook on myself and the situations in my life. I look forward to seeing her each time and gaining her insight. I wish I had found her sooner! Thank you Dr Nitzel

As someone who struggled with gender issues and as someone who has been in and out of therapy throughout most of their adult life, I have not found a more inclusive & affirming practice than what Dr. Nitzel has to offer. Dr. Nitzel has led me on the path to find acceptance with who I am. I cannot give thanks enough for the support, inclusiveness, and professionalism that Kindred Psychology has to offer.

Our family has just been through a very public tragedy. I don't know where we would be without the help of this practice. Several of our family members worked with therapists at Kindred that seemed hand-picked for them (Courtney and Jake). I myself worked with Dr. Nitzel. They were all skilled at saying the hard things we needed to hear (most especially me). This group is willing to take a stand for what's right, even when it seems unpopular at first. I understand #pride now.

Dr. Nitzel is an incredibly kindhearted compassionate individual. Through my years of knowing and working with her, she has helped me work through many struggles. She listened with an unbiased ear and helped me work through my struggles and offered her unwavering support. No matter what issues I bring up to her, I know she will remain a safe place. She truly helped me change my life for the better, and I couldn’t thank her enough.
