Chef Vlad was the perfect caterer for our wedding!! Our wedding was this past Saturday 2/22/2020 in St. Augustine, FL and absolutely all of the 130 guests raved about the food! Our menu consisted of a citrus salad, roasted vegetables, bang bang shrimp, pesto orzo with chicken medallions and 3 desserts - chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and… creme brule cheesecake.
His display pieces were so tasteful and his artistic way of presenting the food made it look absolutely delectable! His mobile kitchen is extremely quiet and amazing. He arrives, cooks the food fresh at the venue, and then creates

We recently used Chef’s Dinner Table for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding reception. From the very beginning of the process Vladimir was extremely professional and helpful. His guidance helped create a menu… that reflected the bride and groom’s favorite food items. The food was incredible! Pork sliders that surpassed anything we’ve ever tasted, salmon sliders that were incredible, a charcuterie board that could have been a meal in itself! Not to mention bang bang shrimp that were a perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The food was delicious and the presentation
