I've been a customer of this office for over 10 years. I was recently in an accident that totalled my car (everyone was ok). My wife and I were down to one car and John himself offered to help my wife out if she needed it in a bind by giving her a ride. We didn't need the help but it was a nice gesture. The claims department, separate from this office, had given unclear directions on how to proceed and this office was able to smooth the process for me.

I have been with State Farm John Mouw insurance for over 30 years. They are very service oriented and friendly. We have had claims through the years and have been treated very very well.
I talk to the people in the office and they answer the phone and my questions.
Give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

Maria Ferraro is amazing. She is very professional , honest and knows everything there is to know regarding insurance. My Son and I are new to State Farm, but from the moment we walked in the staff was warm and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and very accommodating. Noel showed us comparisons and explained the value of all the products that could benefit my family. We were very comfortable and never pressured or hurried. The agent helped us navigate the transition between our former insurance provider and keeps us informed of coverage that might be of interest and what is available to us in the future. The staff also spoke very highly of Mr. Mouw and his pride in serving this community, it shows!

It's personal! My family has enjoyed a personal relationship with John Mouw and his staff for many years. State Farm covered several homes, many vehicles and we even used their banking services. Whenever we've had a claim for an accident or storm damages, they are fast to respond and help us. John and his staff are fantastic at building personal relationships through compassionate service.
