In 1998, our agency joined the Northwoods Corporation, a local group of independent insurance agents. Our primary office location is at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park, NY.

Insurance Service of WNY was started in Buffalo in 1966 by Herman Sapio. The agency moved to Orchard Park in 1972, where it is still located toady, and started offering personal, commercial and life insurance products to its customers. In 1998, Insurance Service of WNY joined the Northwoods Corporation, a local group of independent insurance agents.
