We had purchased flooring a few years ago and there is an issue with the engineered hardwood floor. Jeff came out to photograph the issues and told us a manufacturer representative would contact us to come out and do some inspection and possible testing. No one ever came out and after several calls we received a letter of denial from owner Jeff-- no phone calls just a letter. Jeff the owner does not follow up. Do not recommend. We miss the professionalism of the previous owner Harry.

River Floors installed all the flooring in the house I recently completed in Westlake. They installed solid vinyl planking and carpeting. The workmen were attentive and did spectacular work.
