Flooring Concepts just completed carpeting our entire upstairs. Outstanding experience from start to finish! My husband and I are picky, and we are extremely pleased. Kirk was awesome in assisting us select the right carpet, coming out to measure, and respecting our budget! Carol handled the scheduling and she was most accommodating to our schedule and needs. And finally, the installation crew was great! We had just painted the walls, and they were careful not to leave any marks, while making sure that the carpet is perfectly installed. We highly recommend Flooring Concepts in North Olmsted!!

I had a fabulous experience with the purchase & installation of my tile & carpet. Starting from such a vast array of choices to the excellent customer service. Starting with Jason from being very personable to actually knowing the product line to understanding all the nuances of installation. Leighton & Michael were wonderful laying my porcelain tile, Robs crew did an amazing job on carpet installation, Russ the house carpenter took care of my kitchen transition pieces. From Jason, the salesman, to Rudy and company, the installers, this group is terrific. Jason looked at my floors as well as the basement to be sure there were no preexisting issues then helped me choose just the right flooring for me. Then Rudy and company came in, tore up carpeting and put down subfloor and flooring as they meticulously moved through my entire house, including closets. The whole first floor including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room, closets, kitchen , living room and dining room are all the same and the flow makes it look ever so spacious.
