Everyone has a story and this is ours. We've changed our name from Parry's Gluten-Free to GlutenZero Bakery because the FDA states that 20 ppm is safe for us. It is not safe! That is why we make everything on site from scratch! We know how imortant a Gluten-Zero Bakery is to our very important customers!

I would not recommend this establishment. We put in a large order of muffins rolls, cookies and a wedding cake. I Tripple checked the delivery time and they showed up over an hour late with the cake. When we cut Into the cake it was odd looking for a gluten free cake. The flavor was down right aweful and not a single person who took a bite....took a second d bite. It was the strangest chocolate cake withalmost non existent raspberry filling. It tasted lvery off. I buy gluten free cakes all the time and this was horrible, we asked the establishment to toss it into the garbage. My daughter

Not in need of gluten free but like to choose the option when I can. So glad I stopped in. Honestly think it's better than a regular bakery. Didn't plan on it being so good, I regret not taking a picture. The brownie and lemon curd are so amazing. I'm from Illinois and will make this a must stop every time I come to NV.

I don't normally write reviews but I just had to after the fantastic experience we had with this bakery. Cris was so sweet and accommodating with the custom cake order, and put so much effort to make the cake baby shark themed for my son's birthday party. Cake tasted as good as it looked! We happened upon this bakery while waiting for a nearby restaurant to open. I was so thrilled to find a bakery with gluten free AND vegan options, as I have multiple food allergies. I bought carrot cake and apple pie! Let me tell you-they we’re the most delicious treats I’ve had in many years. The owner’s husband, who was working the counter, was very friendly and knew where we were from in California. He also said we can call and order ahead next time we are in town! Can’t wait!!!

My family needed a cake last minute for our grandmothers birthday and Gluten Zero Bakery accommodated us. This moist double layer vanilla cake with strawberries was a huge hit! This was our first experience with a gluten free dessert and I must say it was so delicious. Highly recommended! They have the sweetest staff and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want.

All I can say is EVERYONE needs to try her cupcakes! I had the red velvet (vegan AND gluten free) and you would NEVER know it was either. Probably the best cupcake I've ever had. Super moist, flavorful and the PERFECT amount of sweetness. The icing had a wonderful hint of coconut to it...not overpowering. I really wish I'd purchased 2 more!
Next time I'm in town, I'll be trying other flavors and her pies for sure!

Ordered the cinnamon roll and cookies. WOW.
Not one negative reaction to the ingredients and on top of that, the baked items were quite delicious.
And really appreciate the owner taking the time to explain various gluten danger ingredients and also detail her upcoming baked items.
Will definitely return, so many other treats to try out. Love this place.

I'm so happy I found this bakery!! I've been looking for one because my son is gluten free!! The owner is super sweet and has so much great information to give when it comes to a gluten free lifestyle. The oatmeal cookies I got were so good and my son loved them!! She even let me sample before I bought which I thought was sweet!! She even gave a me a free cupcake!!

While in Vegas for a couple weeks, we made multiple trips here. I'll try to remember everything we had as we tried so many. The jalapeño cheese bread was so good we brought 10 home when we left. The lemon curd was another item we purchased multiples of, they had the perfect amount of tartness. The cinnamon roll was another hit, next trip I'll have some in my room to have with my morning coffee. The pies are amazzzzing, they just pulled one out of the oven, so it got devoured on the way back to the room. The carrot cake was one of the best gluten free ones I've ever tried.

I want to make clear that I love LOVE love GlutenZero's bread rolls. They're the best gluten-free bread product I've ever had.
I'm giving GlutenZero two stars, however, because the customer service isn't the best.They've forgotten to make my order on multiple occasions. Each time I reluctantly accepted to purchase something "similar" or 4 bread rolls instead of 8.
The reason why I likely won't go back is they forgot to make the cupcakes for MY WEDDING. About two months before my date, I texted back and forth with the owner. She seemed really excited
