This jewelry store is amazing! My first visit was a few years ago. They replaced some missing stones, cleaned all my jewelry, refurbished a ring and created a one of a kind necklace for my sister for Christmas.
This Christmas, the "mall jewelers" and online shopping was ridiculous. Oteri's created a beautiful custom necklace and earrings- in three days! I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Outstanding workmanship and service is what you will find at Oteri’s! My family has been shopping here for decades and they do not disappoint. Most recently, they worked on a watch that FIVE other jewelers had been unable to fix and they did it in record time. This watch had HUGE sentimental meaning and was almost a one of a kind watch, but Oteri’s delivered. I will absolutely trust them with all of my jewelry needs/purchases and recommend them to anyone!!

Great work, great prices! I've had work done here on several occasions and have been pleased every time. I live in Palm Springs so the Jupiter location is is quite a drive for me. I tried another jeweler closer to my house and was very disappointed in the quality of the work. I also paid almost twice as much for less requested work. Oteri's is worth the drive both for the quality and detail of the work and the price of the work.

I had two wedding rings and an engagement ring made here. It took much longer than expected (5 weeks). We were told a proof mold would be ready in a week and the final would be ready after 2 weeks. We called to see if the rings were done. They said, "yes". We drive 30 min to get there and none of them were done. This happened two weekends in a row. We have the rings now and they look great, but my ring is a half size too small and her rings are a half size too big. I've never had jewelry made before and I'm not sure if this is typical, so I'll give an average score of 3/5.
