Burlington Arcade is a classic example of Regency architecture, combining heritage with modern shopping for Mayfair's many visitors. Originally commissioned by Lord Cavendish, to be built on his land surrounding Burlington House, he created this covered promenade of shops for the enjoyment of the public, something he has succeeded in even up until this day.
Originally a strictly residential area, Mayfair's Jermyn Street is one of the most refined shopping streets in the West End. Just a few minutes' walk from Savile Row, the two are harmonious, with this street providing the shirtmakers to the other's bespoke suits. The street is named after Henry Jermyn, an Earl and Ambassador to Paris and The Hague in the 17th century.
It's no wonder Mount Street is one of Mayfair's top luxury shopping destinations with the hotel-lined Park Lane at the west entrance and exclusive nightlife spot Berkley Square just off the east end.

One of the neighbourhood's original shopping streets in 1720, it is still one of the most sought-after retail spots for designers and attracts local and international fashion devotees, as well as celebrities looking for a more private place to shop away from the West End's main thoroughfares.
Possibly London's best dressed street, Savile Row is famous not just for shopping, but as the epicentre of British tailoring and craftsmanship. The city's finest outfitters were some of the first businesses to arrive on the street in 1805 to dress the nobility and high-ranking military who lived in the area.
When you think of London, it's impossible not to think West End theatre. Over 40 venues perform world-class shows to audiences of over 14 million every year, making it the largest theatre scene in the English-speaking world. West End musicals are renowned the world over for their spectacular productions, it's an experience quite unlike any other.
