My husband and I had a photo shoot to do in Norwalk with our cars - the photographer recommended this hotel. It was close to everything'. Hotel was clean, spacious and the staff was very friendly and professional. Parking in the front is small than we expected, but they had basement parking and extra parking by the main entrance. There was a beautiful view behind the hotel with a river and rail tracks. They even had a rooftop lounge area it was beautiful up there. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone taking a short weekend getaway in that area

Despite the name, this hotel offers a rather warm reception - five stars for the customer service we received during our stay. We booked last minute, arrived at 2am and had some problems with unforeseen personal circumstances and our onward travel the next day, and the staff was so gracious and helpful in trying to accommodate us. The rooms reflect the star rating, and are a little worn/dated maybe, but we were satisfied that our room was clean and we had a comfortable, peaceful night's sleep, which is what we were after! Normally I am quite picky about where I stay, I wasn't so much

How anyone would stay in another hotel hasn't experienced this boutique hotel!!
We have stayed multiple times (even during COVID) & have never been disappointed!!!!
Modern new meticulously clean rooms!
A staff that is soo nice & accommodating (shout out to Nick, a real gem) they deserve a Hotel Award!
Abundant parking!
Haven't tried their restaurant, but sure to do next time
We have been impressed on each visit &
vow never to stay anywhere else!
Thank u Hotel Zero!!!!

I really like this hotel and the food the restaurant puts out. It's typically great for the price. Be aware the restaurant and bar are closed due to Covid but otherwise this is a great value typically for the money. We have gone several times just to escape our kids (we live locally). We have stayed in Danbury too...another great location.

Online, the rooms look beautiful and spacious. I paid $170.00 for a king-sized bed room. Unfortunately, the room was smaller than expected, there was not a breakfast included (as stated online), and I received a view of the busy road out front. I was told that the more scenic view was louder due to the railroad that runs directly behind it. Upon entrance to our room, I noticed the dresser drawers were notched/scratched. The bed was firm, yet comfortable. Busy road in front makes it difficult to walk anywhere outside of the property. Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper - the curtains

Excellent hotel. Stylish, chic, easy highway access. Parking lot isn't the best but what can you do. Interior decor makes you feel as if you are in Los Angeles. They have a nice gym and some pretty healthy snacks and drinks available for purchase next to checkin. Enjoyed my stay and will return!
Also appreciate being able to walk over to the Thai restaurant for dinner and walk to Cafe Dolce for breakfast. Very convenient.

It's a three sTar hotel and well it feels like a 3 star hotel just a bit more modern. Rooms are large, bathrooms are large. I guess you can say it's clean, however, it's cheaply made so it feels a bit ran down especially the bathrooms. Staff is friendly. Location is okay. It's Norwalk.. not many places to stay around here. This is good for business travel, where the other options are worse. Better than courtyard for sure.

We stayed here last weekend for a wedding. The room was lovely however the sound proofing is horrible! Every door that closed was a loud bang and you can hear everyone talking in the hallway. I addition we were charged 2 extra times and were not properly checked out!!
They charged us an additional $369
2x in addition to our original rate that already went through ! And still had our room open 2 days later!?! We followed all check out procedues and thought we were good to go. My boyfriend was also charged the rate or my parents room in Addition to ours!! My boyfriends card was also charged twice

Just a wonderful experience! Without asking the fantastic general manager upgraded us to a beautiful king studio overlooking the creek! The rooms are modern and a little whimsical and very very clean ... with a beautiful and spacious marble bathroom with standalone shower....The staff is just great, really felt like a 4/5 star hotel. There is complimentary hot breakfast in the morning you can enjoy in the common area overlooking the beautiful view of the creek again... parking is also free... Just a lovely experience!!! Will be back!! ( we also got to see a standard queen room and were equally

Supervisor Christian is a liar Booked this place specifically to enjoy the rooftop and then found out at check in that it's reserved for a wedding, and that it just happened this morning. Fast forward 20 mins when the head of events tells us the rooftop has been booked for MONTHS. Went back to ask them about it and they continued to deny.

The Good:
- The room was fairly clean.
- Ample underground garage parking.
The Bad:
- Bed was comically uncomfortable.
- If you're a light sleeper the train noise will bother you.
- Staff at front desk was very apathetic. Not friendly, not knowledgeable, not welcoming.
- Room seemed dated and not very well maintained.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. My wife and I stayed at this hotel after reading some reviews and o my were they wrong. One the Inside base of the shower had some mold on it, and the drain on the floor kept popping out. The ceiling was was cracked, and door paint was pealing off. Second worst mattress ever, I have slept better on a wooden floor. Couch in the bedroom is all stained. This is not was I expected after paying 180$ for the night. Even though the hotel looks new lacks maintenance. They should ashamed to offer this room to anyone.

No no no no no no no nooooo!
If you're looking for luxury or if you appreciate customer service this is not the hotel for you.
Front desk staff could not be bothered despite the lobby being completely empty. No mention of the free glass of prosecco or breakfast at check in. No help opening the door to bring the cart in with my bags.
Furnishing and finishes are all very cheaply done.
When I pulled up I was fooled by all the other luxury cars in the parking lot. I just knew I'd made the right choice, wrong!
Is this the nicest hotel in town? Probably. But is this a nice hotel

Really cute and modern hotel! Bell hop service is slow but exists. Parking was a breeze with the lot and garage.
The breakfast was delish! I was disheartened when I saw just 3 silver trays, but man, those trays didn't disappoint! Egg dish, potato dish, and some kind of meat available (bacon or sausage were the options I saw over the weekend). Lots of pastry, breads, bagels, cereal too if that's your game.
The rooms were clean but I knocked hem down a star because there wasn't any shelving or place for my soap/razor/etc other than the ground in the shower (which is huge and has

I stayed here on my wedding night without any ideas or real expectation except that my husband booked it and it was in Norwalk and was a 4 star hotel for two nights. But I knew to trust him on booking a place for us and I was too busy planning our wedding to really think twice about it- all that being said-
What a Pleasant surprise to my tired bride eyes when we got there! I think it's a pretty brand new hotel and its was very very clean, modern, stylish, quiet and so comfortable. So much so that the entire next day we literally couldn't wake up to go anywhere and slept until 4:30 pm

Stayed at this place for a couple of nights and it's a nicely decorated and very contemporary hotel that offers free Wifi and underground parking and it helped tremendously with all the snow we got.
The room was roomy, clean, comfortable beds and a little work area for you to do work if you inclined to do so and free breakfast in the morning with Starbucks coffee.
The negatives, no HD channels on TV? Really, unless I missed the channels but with their rates, this should come standard, the air conditioning unit is right next to the work area so if you sit there, the hot air is n=blowing right

Came out here for a two week business stay and really enjoyed my time here. Very modern, chic and accommodating hotel. The staff is very attentive and kind. The rooms are large, elegantly decorated and the shower is amazing. I found myself standing in the shower for an extra minute or two because the shower is so nice and warm! The rooms include a fancy keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, large closet, couch, desk, and all of your basic hotel needs.
The free hot breakfast is wonderful every morning with fresh scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, toast, muffins, pastries
