I had James from Evans appliance service come out to look at my dishwasher fixed the problem very friendly good price. I had Evans appliance service come work on my washer the other day, he did a very good job and while he was here I had them fix the ice maker on my refrigerator, he was on time very courteous and charge a fair price!

What a great experience. Called a few places to get my dryers heating element replaced. I knew parts were cheap online and I could do it myself but it would be frustrating and not OEM. James called me ASAP and was on his way same day within an hour or two of our call. He first confirmed the element was bad, then quoted me part cost and labor. Sure it’s more to go this route but it’s OEM parts by a professional. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. Even vacuumed out the insides! I hope I never have to call him again but I wouldn’t hesitate if the time comes again.

James recently fixed my dryer. He came the same day that I called! He had some obstacles to work around because my dryer is in a very tight space! However, he found the problem and was able to fix my dryer! James was prompt, punctual, courteous, caring, and kind!
He was the best repair person I have ever had and his service is beyond compare! James gets an A+ in my books and I will call him for all my future appliance repairs!!!
