I scheduled an appointment and they wanted my card to charge a $75 fee before they come scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. I arranged my day to wait on them they cancel on me during the scheduled window time. This is unacceptable, they could have told me that earlier so I would not waste my day and I better not have a charge on my card due to their poor work ethics and communication.

Called for an appointment and scheduled an appointment for one week later a repair for my Bosch microwave. TEN MINUTES before the technician's scheduled time window, Appliance HS called to inform me that the appointment had to be cancelled due to the lack of a technician in our area. Then they had the audacity to inform me that the $70.00 appointment hold charge might not be refunded to my credit card for 3-5 business days. How did they not know a week ago?

I wish zero stars was an option. They cancelled appointments 2 times and then called to say actually they cannot come at all because they have no technicians in my area. I rearranged work twice to make the appointments. Grace was very curt on the phone and hung up on me when I tried to ask further questions. They said they would refund the preemptive service charge on my card but I'm still waiting for that to happen. Would extremely not recommend. Their website makes it seem like a local company (they use local phone numbers) but these route to a call center in California

Pretty dissatisfied with my service with appliance HD. The technician came to my home was very short and rude. He stayed in my home less than five minutes and did not tell me what was causing the problem with my freezer. He simply said "it's broken" left the house did not leave an invoice. I called the company to try and figure out the diagnosis and let them know I didn't feel I should pay for the repair when nothing was done and was told the manager will call me back within 48 hours. However, the technician was the one who ended up calling me back and "confronting"

A SCAM...stay away... Paid $70 for a referral service...Mr. Moon Jang (heavy Korean accent/hard to understand English)....came to our home, barely looked at the refrigerator on the outside...told us it needs motor and electric board replaced....costing about $1,000...but both these were replaced two years ago...he rushed to go to another job...probably scamming another customer....will report to FBI and law enforcement people....

This company is a scam. They are simply a broker taking your money. You can be sure the technician will charge you again, otherwise he makes nothing. Do not use their services!

I'm extremely disappointed in the huge lack of customer service. I was put on the schedule for my dryer which I haven't been able to use in over a week. My appointment was rescheduled twice, due to them not having an available technician. The third call I received was to tell me they still didn't have a technician and that my appointment had been cancelled. Please don't waste your time.

My washing machine was unstable and kept stopping mid cycle. I called what I thought was a local repair man ( the organization uses local phone numbers and addresses) but found myself scheduling the technician through a service in California. A technician came from another part of Connecticut, did not have a spare card, worked on my washing machine saying it was repaired, and cleaned out the ducts in my dryer. $450 later he left Washing machine still stops mid cycle. I called and got an appointment for two days later to repair my freezer. An hour before the Service Rep was supposed to be at my home I received a text saying Appliance Service Repair, aka Appliance HD was going to reschedule my appointment for six days later. I called and explained I had food in coolers and had to keep dry ice on it to keep it frozen, which made it extremely difficult to reschedule. I was told six days was the soonest they could get to me. I cancelled my appointment and called another Service and got an appointment for the next day. Now I know why I didn't see a place for

This is a bad company. They broke my washing machine pan and told me he only replace it if we I replace the parts of my washer.

I am not giving this business any stars but I have to in order to post my review. They don't deserve any. Called to make an appointment with them as every local technician was busy for a freezer that was full of food. They were the last ones listed with a local number. In order to schedule an appointment they put a $70.00 hold on your CC and when the technician arrives they process it. Their cancellation fee is $30.00. So they cancel one hour before they were suppose to show. This call came from LA saying they had no technician to do the job. They said I had 2 options. Reschedule or cancel

I made an appointment, gave my credit card to secure appointment and was very specific about meeting the time window necessary.
Call me if there is a problem.
Nobody called.
I needed to go to work.
I called multiple times.
The repair man finally contacted me after window for appointment was long over that he could come in the afternoon since he was in Pasadena and I live in OC.
Cancelled the appointment.
Things happen- that is why we have cell phones!
