The shoulder is a "ball-and-socket" joint made up of the upper arm bone (humerus), shoulder blade (scapula) and collarbone (clavicle). This joint is the most flexible one in the body and allows for a full range of motion, but also makes the shoulder a common source of injury and instability. The constant use of the lower extremities makes them an easy target for injury and overuse, specifically in the knees.

Seems to know his stuff and could be a great doctor if he cared to get to the office on time. It's very unprofessional to not only make patients wait but, even worse to arrive at the office 15-30 minutes or more late for an appointment. Their own appointment paperwork even tells you that you are expected to be 15 minutes early. If I weren't here for disability, I would have stopped seeing him already. 6 visits now, not once has he been online. Seems he doesn't even care.

So glad I found this Dr. Office! Estrella really took great care of me.
The staff is amazing! I felt so at ease in their hands. Dr Glousman relived my aching knee pain quickly and was so easy to talk to. I recommend this office and Dr Glousman to all my friends who need pain relief. Thank you again to Estrella and the staff for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Glousman seems like he would be an amazing doctor however his scheduler, Estrella is horrible! I have been trying to book an appointment to see Dr. Glousman for about a month now. I have left multiple messages and emails with no luck. Worst customer service I have even experienced from a doctors office.

Great surgeon, great guy. Has operated on many people I know providing life changing results. Following my recommendation, three individuals at the law firm where I work were operated on by Dr. Glousman and experienced a full and complete recovery in no time. Dr. Glousman was the team surgeon for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim for 17 years, and the pro's always pick the best. He's been practicing for around 30 years so surgery is second nature to him.

There are no words to express how thankful and how much gratitude I feel for Dr. Glousman, he never gave up on me.
I started having right shoulder pain back in January 2013 and in October of the same year I started having pain on my left shoulder as well, I guess all those years of lifting weights and swimming took a toll on me.
I saw Dr. Glousman probably back in July 2013 for the first time, my primary doctor recommended me to go see him and he took a more conservative approach to my problem before he recommended surgery. I did physical therapy for about 6 months, I got a couple of cortisone
