Driver had an issue with the parking brake not setting. Went in for service REQUESTING A BRAKE ADJUSTMENT to Meier and they visually inspected the issue and "found" a popped piggy back on two brake cans. When I asked for a quote - they were unable to give me one besides the visual and wanted to quote me out for worst case scenario. When I asked if I could also get the quote for best case scenario so I knew what to expect on either direction I was told I could not get that.
I seemed to frustrate

They had to come out 12 miles to replace an upper radiator hose. They were changing shifts and we waited 2 1/2 hours for a kid in a pickup truck who only brought 2 gallons of antifreeze and 2 gallons of distilled water. Charged us $155 for parts and $230.for labor. And my husband had the hose off and we had to use our 2 gallons of antifreeze so we could get to a truck stop to buy more to fill the radiator. 230 bucks for labor...I don't want to know what they would charge for a more complicated repair.
