I recently had Resicon install an electric furnace for me. I am very impressed with this company, the two men, Bryan and David, who did the installation were efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were very respectful of my home and I believe went over and beyond their duty as installers. Later I had occasion to meet with Jason, who also represented Resicon extremely well. I would recommend this company with no hesitance.
As a side note I am 87 and the owner or Resicon has been very pleasant in trying to help me learn to work with my new thermostat. Thank you Resicon.

Jason from Resicon, LLC arrived promptly at 8:00 AM at our Seattle home despite traveling all the way here from Tacoma. Resicon had installed our Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system six years ago, but we had not followed through with regular maintenance checks and we knew that service was well past due. Rep on the phone lied and said that the clean and tune included cleaning of the air handler as well as checking the compressor. Tech didn't really do anything other than look at refrigerant lines and hold his hand under the blower. Paid 250 bucks to be told my unit blows cold/hot air. Didn't clean or tune anything. It became obvious very quickly why they require payment upfront.

I should’ve known something was up when it took multiple attempts just to schedule an estimate for an electrical panel upgrade and HVAC maintenance. Then on the day of the estimate, the technician shows 30 minutes late. But wait, there’s more. I was told that I would be sent an estimate same day, but I never received it. After a few days, I emailed customer service to let them know, and I still no response lol smh. I would not recommend this company.

I was looking forward to using this company, but after calling the first time, they were supposed to call me back, never did- I figured no big deal, it was leading into a holiday weekend. So I call them this week, set up an appointment for 10am- and at 1030 I get a call that they need to push it back to the afternoon. Resicon was really great. Very reasonably priced and the technicians were professional and got the work done efficiently. They had to troubleshoot our sump pump and then re-wire it. They took the necessary time to understand the issue and then communicated it to me before doing the work. I was definitely impressed and would hire them again.

I was a little hesitant to have people in my home unattended but, i was told not to worry because they were licensed & bonded. They were supposed to fix my breaker and 4 lights that were faulty probably due to breaker issues. Pse came to my house 1st thing & were turned away by resicon. They spent a full day @ my home&then left. I had to call them for an explination.they told me they had to come back next day.i said i cant take anymore time off so i had to leave them alone@home. When i arrived after work none of the lights had been fixed.i'm hoping that none of the sockets fry

I emailed Craig for a quote for a ductless heat pump and he quickly got back to me and came out to our house (in Shoreline) to provide a quote. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. On the day of installation, his workers were clean, considerate, and thorough. He even called to check and see how they everything was doing. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company for your heating and cooling needs.

I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Again, unfortunately, they were hired through a county subsidized program, so I had no say in the company chosen.
