I’ll provide the facts of our dealing with Blue Line and you decide what you would rate them. We have well water and wanted a filtration system that would work flawlessly for decades providing potable water clean enough to drink, leave washed surfaces spotless and to pass through our faucet and irrigation spray heads without clogging. Blue Line analyzed our well water and assured us that the system they quoted us would achieve our goals. Excellent service from Donald. He worked around my work hours so I didn't have to take time off work and it was a full new install. He was very professional and friendly. I also felt that he went above and beyond explaining things and he also found an issue with my well that I was not aware of (was able to fix on our own). I spoke with two other employees ( office and consult) and they were great as well. Highly recommend and if you're able to request Donald, do it!

Blue Line water was amazing to work with. Mark, Donny, & Chris went above and beyond to get our system up and working to fix our terrible well water. It was a tough job and they kept adapting and going back to the drawing board when things didn’t go as planned. They will be our forever water people. I can’t sing their praises enough.

The team was amazing, got everything sorted out within a 48 hour span when I wasn't receiving water to my house. Pump had failed me and they took their time to work with my home warranty and explain the entire process. Nothing better than getting quality work done and also getting to learn about how it works. I have an amazing pump and tank with a new electrical system now but I also know how it all works. Thanks guys.

Just had the owner Chris out to my house to replace my well pump and piping. He was proffesional and very knowledgeable about well system. It was a big job and an expensive day but I didn't feel like he was up selling or trying to take advantage of me. He offered me some recommendations on my well system and several times told me to get quotes and talk to other well service companies before making any decisions.

Blue Line was assigned to me by my home warranty company when my well broke on a Sunday. Their office was closed and they had 24 hours to reply to me but they actually got in touch with me right away because they were concerned that I was without water. They couldn't come out Sunday because of my warranty but he did inform me that I could connect a hose from my neighbor to my well (I was unaware of this option) and we had borrowed water until they came Monday morning. Insurance companies have a lot of hoops to jump through but instead of waiting for approval, they just fixed my well and billed

I was about to special order a pressure tank for my well system from Amazon but thought I would call Blue Line first. I am VERY glad I did! The tank I thought would be a big improvement would have created a huge problem and made my softener/de-iron system unusable. My water would have been far worse than before. Chris took his time explaining the process I was considering versus a different pressure tank. I asked his pricing on the replacement tank for the type I had and Blue line was actually LESS EXPENSIVE than online and I could pick it up same-day. I installed the tank in about 45 minutes and

I brought in a sample of my water to test one Friday and was told I would receive the results by Monday. That was two months ago, and I have never received a call back. Despite my multiple attempts at calling and being told by the receptionist Mark was in a meeting. He would call me when he got out in 20 minutes... I called back 4 hours later, and he still wouldn’t take my call.
Incredibly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful; every name in the book. Not sure why anyone would bother trying to be serviced by this company; it’s futile expecting any kind of courtesy from them.

We can't say enough about Blue Line Water and I will make this review as short as I can and still explain our experience. In the hottest and driest summer ever recorded in our state we had the worst thing happen our farm, our well pump quit working and we had no water for us or our animals. We called a couple of companies, both recommended by friends and only one made it out promptly, the other couldn't make it out for a few days. The first company that came out was backed up and couldn't do the work for months and said they would send us a bid. After another couple of days waiting
