We focus on natural fabrics, rich organic color and effortless looks for women of all ages. Our signature style incorporates clothing, jewelry and accessories from local artists and from artisan communities around the globe. We believe that supporting artists through heritage products helps to preserve valuable traditions, vanishing techniques and important cultures and environments.
Services
After more than 40 years in the fashion industry, CP SHADES has perfected the art of casual, uncomplicated wardrobe basics. Since the company was founded, they've continued to mass produce a hand-made product in America. They own their own sewing facility and continue to cut, sew and garment-dye in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We believe in encouraging community among women who enjoy supporting and inspiring one another. In normal times, we have promoted this part of our mission through monthly open house events featuring engaging guests from many fields and providing a physical place for creative connection. We continue to find ways to inspire one another through creative connections and virtual events.

Great clothing and accessories all made from natural fabrics. Just going into the shop to look is a pleasure as all the staff are fun, helpful and knowledgable. Lee really knows how to stock her merchandise. The Open House Evenings are so enjoyable and interesting and it is easy to remember as it is the first Thursday of every month.
Beautiful clothes, great staff and easy to locate. Also located at Kudzu Antique Mall if you are in the Decatur area.
You won't be disappointed.

I've been telling just about anyone who'll listen, that my new fabulous place to shop is Ready Trading Taos. I spent almost three hours during my first visit and I could've probably stayed another three! I was intoxicated by all of the colors, fabrics and accessories in the store. You've got to give yourself a bunch of time to enjoy the experience.
But I have to tell you, that probably the BEST part of Ready Trading Taos is the owner, Lee Pilgrim, and her staff. If you need space to browse? They give you space to browse. If you need a Personal Shopper? You've got it. Okay, so here's the best part

This is NOT a cookie cutter shopping experience which is the very reason I like it so much. They have unique items from wonderful fabrics that flatter almost every shape imaginable. It's a small shop with lots of inventory and the staff is totally helpful. Clothing, accessories, jewelry,bags, gloves...all one of a kind. Reminds me of clothing boutiques in New York's West Village. Enjoy!
