Site Engineering Inc., provides civil engineering and design services to assist our clients in obtaining regulatory approvals, to provide sound engineering/design solutions to assure compliance with regulatory requirements, and to facilitate the approval process. We are a local small business providing services to all the communities of Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts, however most of our work is in the East Bay area.
We handle all types of property development projects including subdivisions and commercial developments. We work with developers and contractors to assist them and/or their clients in obtaining approvals through Planning and Zoning and regulatory agencies such as Departments of Environmental Management and Coastal Agencies.

We handle everything related to property development projects, including the preparation of permit documents and applications required to obtain approvals. Ron Blanchard, P.E. is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, College of Engineering. He has over 30 years professional experience in construction and design in the civil engineering field. Mr. Blanchard worked in Government for over 12 years in facilities design and construction at Naval Stations in California and Newport RI.
In order to provide the client and agencies with plans that are easy to understand, all plans are printed in color. We take a great deal of pride in our ability to organize plan drawings so that they include all information necessary to convey their intended purpose/depiction of the work, without being too cluttered.
