I recently booked a reservation with Park Imperial through Parkwhiz and was charged second time as I was departing. I told them I had already paid ahead and gave them the booking number, from which they seemed confused, but decided to charge me anyway. The parking employee gave me a contact number to get in touch with customer service for reimbursement only to find out they don't answer or return your messages. I find this very unprofessional and terrible customer service. You're better off choosing a different parking service than Park Imperial.

Full disclosure: I’m a real estate broker, and so yes, I have a vested interest in this review. Having said that, I think it’s important that people realize what a great building this is—this place has probably the finest views of Central Park from the Upper East Side. With those huge windows (which are reflective from the outside), really elegant spaces and custom furnishings, the Park Imperial is a surprisingly under-the-radar building that is, really, one of the finest we have in the city.
