A friend recommendated Ralph's to me. My husband and I went because my dummy light on the dash board for the tires was on, come to find out they had to replace all my sensors and we bought 2 tires. Great service, great prices, friendly people, I just made another appointment for other work done

I went somewhere else because man there was unfriendly, almost rude. Went elsewhere where they were glad to fix my car, and didn't mind my 500.00$ worth of work. My wife's last trip to service her car was delayed and her appointment which she made didn't seem to matter at all. But when they do get to her car they do a good job of servicing and she goes here when needed.

Called with a brake problem while on trip. Said they were booked dnd I asked if they could just do a courtesy check so I could know how serious the problem was. Drew said if i could come in an hour he could fit me in for that. I showed up and Andrew (different person) met with me and got my truck in after a quick test drive. No serious issue and they cleaned up my brakes and told me to return if the problem came back. Suggested a simple solution which seemed to work. They did not charge me!! I let him a $20 and told him to buy the tech and himself lunch!! While I was there several other customers

This place saved my butt. They were able to replace my trailer tires the same time I came in. I was traveling across country pulling a trailer and didn't know how bad the tires were until I noticed a chunk was missing. They were able to get a new set on quick so I could get back on the road. The price wasn't bad either. They know what they are doing and they're all very nice people.

We are long-time customers of Ralph's and especially appreciate the staff's friendliness and personal attention. I can't think of a time that we've had to return for a do over. They have kept our cars running smoothly and avoided future mechanical problems with their timely advice and "ounce of prevention." Their main concern is the safety of the families they serve. We're so happy they're conveniently located in our town!

My wife and I have dealt with Ralph and his friendly, knowledgable staff many times before, and have always been satisfied with their work, and pricing.
Today, however, they managed to outdo themselves!
As happens all too often in our town it seems, I ended up with 2 punctures to a tire. I had the tire off of the car. I called the shop, and inquired if it could be fixed. Cindy assured me they would do their best.
I dropped off the tire, they began work on it right away, and had it repaired, and loaded back into my truck in less than 45 minutes. Wow.

Had a simple project for them, and it was resolved quickly and economically ($11.50).
Also, I asked if they had issue with a customer having tires purchased online shipped to their shop for installation. The sales lady stated "not at all, please advise us so we can expect the shipment". That's cool 👍.
Mount and balance is $22.50 per tire.
Disposal fee is $3.50 per each old tire.
The shop and showroom were clean, well organized and modern. I can't comment on tire pricing as I was not purchasing. My visit was service related. 👍👍

We store our RV in Boulder City & take it to Ralph's Tire Pros on Foothill Dr for oil changes, filters & regular maintenance. Close & convenient, they have great service, have always been fair & honest. Even to the point of telling us work we requested didn't need to be done. They go over the maintenance schedule of the RV & thoroughly check over the items, letting us know what needs to be accomplished. Prior to any trips we stop in & have them check our tires for proper pressure, tread wear & so on. Even if they're very busy, someone goes out, checks

Exceptional service and truthfully an honest contender to the best repair shop experience i have ever had.
I don't live in Boulder City but i got a flat there, had enough air to Google tire repair and roll in here, saw that my rear was pretty torn and needed a replacement, Drew here was but only knowledgeable, but also super awesome, he had to order a New because i have larger aftermarket tires and so he plugged the tire and send me on the way, first thing next am i was back and got the new tire installed in less than 20 minutes, only complaint i have is that i wish this shop was closer to

Seriously the best car experience I've had! I had a road trip coming up and needed new tires ASAP. You know the saying, "My lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on your part"? Well, Ralph's treated my situation as if it was their own emergency. The afternoon before Thanksgiving they ordered my tires from their warehouse and installed them--the same day! My wheel lock wasn't in my car and they called me to figure out where it was. I found it at my house and brought it back and they still happily installed the tired for me, all in one hour (!) and an hour before

I'm from Arizona. I flatted a tire with a stray screw at a nearby parking lot during a hike. I put on my spare and called Firestone about my warranty. They directed me to take my flat to Ralph's in BC and I'm glad they did.
Drew handled my situation with professionalism and efficiency. It was evident to me that he valued me as a customer even though I was not a local and not making a big purchase. He did everything he could to get me back on the road and back on my vacation ASAP.
My flat was fixed by his courteous crew in about 30 minutes

Took my wife's car in 3 years ago and they treated us extremely well. Did small repairs as requested and actually went above and beyond what we expected. So pleased that when it came time for a complete clutch kit installation I took her Tracker back to them for the work. Ralph and Drew alway listen and make suggestions if needed. They replaced the clutch and found a couple seals that I knew were leaking and called me to make suggestion on replacing them. I gave them approval to do so.

Ralph and his employees are so wonderful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make me feel like im taken care of. I will never go anywhere else. Love them!!
They take the time to explain things to me, and I never feel like they are trying to convince me to do unnecessary repairs. They are always honest and so friendly as well.

We have been to Ralph's several times and are always happy. They don't try to get you to do things that don't need to be done (in two cases we had been told by another shop in town that we needed unnecessary repairs).
Their prices are fair. And the last time my husband dropped his truck off they gave him a ride home! Can't say enough about them. Honest and the work is done right. Every time! My dad even brings his car in from Henderson to have them work on it.
