My car was rattling and making a loud noise everything is tasted it igad them take a look at it. Iwas told that when they started it they did not hear the noise which is bull. I diagnosed the vehicle myself and told them I was getting a transmission warning more specifically it was the torque converter. They replaced an old sensor and charged me 600 plus for this which it did not need. I took the car to another mechanic and it was the torque concertos I had said. There were 2 bolts that had come out. This place is crop off and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I had squeaky brakes, needed brake pads changed, Sunset Auto got me in quickly. They even have a shuttle service after you drop off your car. When they checked my brakes, turns out I didn't need pads, just had dirty pads. I've NEVER taken my vehicle in for work and had a mechanic tell me I didn't need ANYTHING and there wouldn't be a charge. My father was a mechanic his whole life, an honest one, he passed away 7 years ago, and I'm soooo grateful I've found Sunset Auto. Thank you to all my neighbors for referring them! I will refer everyone I know to Sunset Auto

Referred by a friend, I tried Sunset 6 months ago and was very satisfied. I just came in for my service again and used a Christmas discount mailing from them. Again I got great service and was able to wait for my car. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Great people.

Came here because my wife's check engine light was on. They were able to tell me the issue, what would cause it to go out, and fixed it for a reasonable price. The customer service was above my expectations and the shop was clean. I will be bringing my vehicles here for service. They have been in business for over 20 years and it shows.

Best shop in town! Amazingly friendly staff and they take care of Military members. I was in a time crunch on military orders and needed my car fixed fast and they saw me as a priority and helped me on the spot. I don’t know what I would have done without Sunset Auto!!!

I just had my engine and a bunch more stuff done to my car at this shop. After all was done I had a few small concerns that I brought up to them and without blinking an eye the owner himself went for a ride with me and took care of them all including things that had nothing to do with my engine job. This shop has phenomenal customer service, communication and does quality work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! Thanks for everything!

I have been using this auto shop for several years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality auto repair shop,, They provide good, honest and reliable service and will complete the work as promised. If not they will inform you and make recommendations. They do not overcharge or do anything to your vehicle w/o your permission. I will not use another auto shop for my vehicle's need.

I highly recommend Sunset Auto. The staff is caring and helpful. They were able to get my problem taken care of much quicker than they estimated. I took my car to them on a Friday morning; there was some concern that they wouldn't be able to get me taken care of on Friday, which would have meant they had to keep the car until Monday because they are closed weekends. However, they were able to get me taken care of on Friday!!! They are amazing...they don't over charge for their services and I will take my car nowhere else for any maintenance, oil changes or mechanical needs.
