Spring Branch Community Health Center has 6 community health centers in the Spring Branch, West Houston, Katy, and Cy-Fair area ready to meet all your healthcare needs. Our state-of-the-art facilities offer affordable, high-quality healthcare to serve your entire family with services that range from family medicine, women's healthcare, pediatrics, dental care, back-to-school vaccinations, flu shots, and physicals.

Spring Branch Community Health Center (SBCHC) has a team of licensed professionals available to discuss issues related to diet and nutrition and mental and emotional health. Together with our partners in the community, we are able to offer programs such as our breast health program, and cancer screenings.

Spring Branch Community Health Center (SBCHC) is a private, non-profit community health center providing quality, affordable healthcare services to the underserved and uninsured communities of Spring Branch and West Houston.

SBCHC was developed to reduce area health disparities by creating a neighborhood-based health center and by providing comprehensive primary health care services that are culturally competent, linguistically appropriate and client-driven in a location easily accessible to public transportation.To increase the number of healthy families in our community by providing high quality, comprehensive health services.

For Patients who have NOT been to Spring Branch Community Health Center in the past 12 months or are new to the clinic, appointments and requests are NOT confirmed until you have been contacted by our clinic. Due to high demand of Dental Services, dental appointments are not available for online scheduling.
Dr. Trujillo was one of the Spring Branch community leaders on the founding Board of the community based health center in 2003. Her and other community leaders spent many hours planning and fundraising to reach their objective of opening up a charity clinic to meet the needs of the community.

She received her BBA from the University of Houston in Finance & Marketing and obtained her MBA in International Business from Our Lady of the Lake University.She graduated with her Doctor of Philosophy in Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas Health Science Center -School of Public in Houston.
Dr. David Krusleski, a graduate from University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed his residency at Southwest Memorial Hospital, and his Fellow at University of Texas Medical School. He has been in practice since 1994, and is board certified. Aida Alvarez is a Family Nurse Practitioner graduated in 2015.

I have been a patient for two years last couple of month I have been treated very unprofessional staff not answering emails ,when I called today they called back put me on hold never picked up ten min didnt even ask me to hold no recording ever came on it was because they didn't want to hear from me I wanted to speak to case manager last two office visit the medication That was discussed the doctor never called in I have sent at least twenty request unanswered but I was charged do yourself a favor dont use Them Katy on clay Dr Krusleski I wont be .

Staff at the Wholelife Clinic branch are the worst staff I ever seen, they keep clients waiting for about an hour before answer !!
