I have come here to get my thyroid taken care of. The first time I came I met Amy Frank and she was a little abrupt. Obviously I’m a new patient so I’m asking certain questions and she seemed to want to cut me off. I understand visits are 30 minutes so that you can see multiple patients but I felt very rushed and she didn’t really give me a lot of information.
Even my follow-up visits have been similar. Today I had a virtual visit and I’ve been on the zoom call for over 10 minutes and I have zero idea if she’s planning to join or not. In general the front office is also very bad with

First thing I noticed is several employees and patients were un masked, a sign stating if vaccinated didn’t have to wear mask. Front desk employee and a nurse were openly talking about what medication I wanted in waiting room. Reports have been filled for privacy violation. Sadly had to return few days to meet with doctor for appointment 3:45. I arrived and signed in at 3:50 and sat in waiting room reading. I was called to front at 4:02 for employee telling me I was 15 minutes late and can’t be seen?!On website and office there are no clear rules about late policy, as they make up to benefit

What a great team they have here! My husband and I have been patients at Katy Wellness for years and we're always grateful for the time, consideration and care that is given to us each time we come in, whether it's a medical problem.or just our regular wellness checks. The staff is professional and fun! We normally see Amy Frank but honestly have been happy with the entire crew. We've even recommended them.to friends and family.

Slept crooked and had a sharp pain in my neck for a few days and couldn't take it any more. Katy Wellness was great! Got in for a neck popped by Dr Konesheck and alignment. Hadn't head my neck pop like that ever. Felt great! Got a deep tissue there as well with Patricia who got a few knots out from 1992. Great experience, Good people.

Amy Frank is hands down one of the best medical professionals we have ever seen. She is very knowledgeable and caring and always takes the time to understand what her patients need. She sees our whole family and has solved many problems for us. This review would be 5 stars if it was solely based on her. However, Yvette at the front desk is one of the rudest professionals we have ever encountered especially in a medical setting. She is very disrespectful and quick to get an attitude with patients (we have experienced this multiple times and witnessed it with others) and also undermines the doctors
