Services
Dr. Jeffery Kohler earned his degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He went on to pursue his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Kohler completed an advanced education in general dentistry residency with the United States Air Force at Offutt Air Force Base.

I have some dental anxiety and going to a new dentist only amplifies that. LADC really put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The care I received was unsurpassed and Mindy, my hygienist was not only extremely nice but talked me through each step of the process. I felt at ease and I felt welcomed.
Dr. Kohler gave me the most advanced view of my mouth, bones, teeth —the technology they have is amazing! Everything there is the very best in the industry.

I needed extensive repair to my teeth following 25+ years of neglect. Dr. Kohler and his team at Lakeville Advanced Dental Care were recommended to me. Best decision I’ve ever made to go there! Dr. Kohler is very sensitive to my needs and extremely gentle. His staff are equally impressive. I’ve never received such good dental care and will happily recommend them to everyone, especially if they have a dental phobia like I did! Simply put, go there! You will receive the best care EVER!!!

Dr. Kohler and his staff are top notch! Recently, I had to have a crown replaced that had been poorly placed by a previous dentist. My (fabricated on-site) new crown fits perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the care and compassion I received.
Mary, his hygienist, is simply amazing! She’s very gentle and I always leave feeling better about myself.

Advanced Dental is amazing!! Typically I am terrified of even walking into the lobby. They were so inviting and the atmosphere is calm, very well kept and clean. The front desk staff was so friendly! And then the magic happened, Mary, my hygienist had me sit down we talked about my fears. She offered me some glasses, a choice of Netflix to watch and even a blanket to help me get cozy. She was so gentle and checked in with me every so often. It’s the first time in years, DECADES I didn’t need gas for a cleaning!! Dr. Kohler and his FABULOUS team (shoutout to the amazing and wonderful Joey) are nothing short of amazing. I feel so welcome and comfortable every time I visit. They have taken such great care of me with all of my needs since I started coming here. I had a pretty nasty tooth infection that made my face swell on one side and Dr. Kohler got me on antibiotics right away, took my after-hours phone calls, and checked in on me multiple times while I was on the antibiotics. The services provided by Dr Koehler and his staff are second to none. Period. If you are looking for the latest in dental treatment options in a modern, calm environment together with a truly patient centric experience this is the place for you. I had front teeth veneers done same day. They are a perfect match and fit with my remaining teeth. Best of all less than 24 hours later I can't even feel I had dental work the day before. No pain or discomfort the very next day. Best dentist I've ever had in my life.

I was very impressed with my first visit to Lakeville Advanced Dental Care. I felt very safe visiting during COVID. The technology was top notch, rooms were comforting and clean, and most importantly all of the staff was wonderful. I appreciated how thoroughly the dentist went over things with me. He is so skilled in all aspects of dentistry and has a true passion for helping each patient - it is very evident with the amount of care and compassion that goes into each conversation with patients and the dental work he completes!

I brought my three kids in, ages 2, 4, and 7. Not a single tear, even from my anxious one! All of the staff were very kind and helpful in making them feel comfortable. Tablets and Hulu on the ceiling TV were so helpful to distract them also. We were very impressed by the new technology--hand held X-Ray machine and sanitation equipment, same day crowns also available. Everything felt so clean! Dr. Kohler very personable and knowledgeable, we will definitely be going back!
